SJ 20624—97
Install the lifting mechanism on the cabin with the largest total mass and inspect it using the following methods. 4.7.2. 1 Transmission system
Inspect the function of the transmission system by visual inspection and manual operation. 4.7.2.2 Carrying capacity
Perform in accordance with Article 506 of GJB2093. 4.7.2.3 Opening and lowering stroke
Start lifting from the lowest point at the specified speed until it reaches the specified position and measure the stroke height. 4.7.2.4 Lifting mechanism handle operating force
Place the cabin in the lowest position, fix one end of the torque wrench on the lifting mechanism handle, and then lift it at a uniform speed. Record the indicator disk reading during the entire lifting process.
4.7.2.5 Lifting time
The shelter is placed at the lowest position, and the number of people specified in the design is operated simultaneously. The handle speed shall not be less than 25t/min. Use a stopwatch to time until it is raised to the specified position and record the required time. 4.7.2.6 Wind resistance
According to Article 209 of GJB2093. 4.7.2.7 Working stability
According to Article 506 of GJB2093. 4.7.3 Maintainability
Inspect according to the provisions of 3.4.
4.7.4 Interchangeability
Any combination of detachable parts in the lifting mechanism of the same model and specification shall be well matched and easy to install.
4.7.5 Safety
According to Article 506 of GJB2093. 4.7.6 Environmental conditions
4.7.6.1 High and low temperatures
Perform according to GJB150.3 and GJB150.4. The inspection items after the test shall be specified by the product specifications. 4.7.6.2 Heat
Perform according to GJB150.9. The inspection items after the test shall be specified by the product specifications. 4.7.6.3 Salt spray
Perform according to GJB150.11. The inspection items after the test shall be specified by the product specifications. 4.7.7 Weight

SJ20624-97
Inspect the integrity of the product packaging by visual inspection. 4.7.9.2 Packing
Check the packing quality of the product by visual inspection or simple tools. 5 Delivery Preparation
5.1 Sealing and Packing
After the product is completed, the surface should be scrubbed clean. Grease and anti-rust oil should be applied to the relevant parts, and simple moisture-proof packaging should be used. 5.2 Packing
The packaged products can be packed into a lattice wooden box for transportation. The size of this box should be determined according to the length, width and packing quantity of the lifting mechanism. The inner surface of the wooden box and the packaged products should be covered with cushioning materials to prevent vibration and collision. The manufacturing quality of the wooden box should comply with the relevant provisions of GJB367.5.
5.3 Transportation and Storage
The packed products can be transported by general transportation tools. The products are stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and are strictly prohibited from contact with chemicals. 5.4 Marking
Unless otherwise specified, the rest shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. Additional notes:
