This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of CNC copying bed milling machines. This standard is applicable to CNC copying bed milling machines with a worktable width of 320 to 1250 mm and general use. 2 Reference standards

3:1 Refer to 3.1 in JB2670-82 to adjust the installation level. 3.1.1 When adjusting the installation level of a cross-table milling machine, place the table, slide, spindle box and other moving parts in the middle of the stroke, and place a level gauge in the center of the table. The readings of the level gauge in the longitudinal and transverse directions shall not exceed 0.03/1000. 3.1.2 When adjusting the installation level of a column-moving type or a ram-moving type milling machine, place a round inspection rod (for V-type guide rails) or a bridge plate (for flat guide rails) on the bed rails. Place a flat ruler on the round inspection rod or bridge plate perpendicular to the bed rails, and place a level gauge on the round inspection rod, bridge plate and flat ruler. Level gauge a is parallel to the guide rails, and level gauge b is perpendicular to the guide rails. Adjust the guide rails to level. The readings of level gauge a and b on the entire length of the guide rails shall not exceed 0.03/1000, as shown in Figure 1. Figure 1
3.2 When inspecting the machine tool accuracy, the ambient temperature is 20℃±5℃. 3.3 During the inspection, the actual inspection sequence can generally be arranged according to the requirements of the assembly and disassembly inspection tools, inspection convenience and thermal inspection items. 3.4 During the inspection of working accuracy, the inspection of the test piece should be carried out after fine processing. 3.5 When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance should be converted according to the measurable length according to the provisions of 2.3.1.1 in JB267082.
