The purpose of this standard is: a. To provide military equipment designers and manufacturers with standard series and varieties of microwave solid-state noise sources suitable for military use; b. To minimize the use of similar non-standard varieties and improve the level of standardization and serialization; c. Standard general varieties. 4.1.2 The design of the produced varieties has been finalized, the materials and processes have been verified, and there are appropriate quality control measures, and there are good test and use experience. 4.1.3 The varieties that are being developed and to be developed are standard general varieties required for the use and development of military equipment. 4.2 Series variety composition factors The series varieties of wave solid-state noise sources are mainly composed of factors such as model, main performance parameters, connector form, external dimensions and production and development status. 4.3 Series Arrangement Principles Microwave solid-state noise sources are arranged from low to high according to the frequency. 4.4 Working Environment Temperature Unless otherwise specified, the working environment temperature of the solid-state noise sources listed in this standard is ~55~85℃. The values of the parameters listed in the table are at 290K. 4.5 Model Naming The model naming of microwave solid-state noise sources shall be in accordance with the provisions of SJ2406 and shall consist of the following five parts: WFN 5 Detailed Requirements 5.1 Series of Microwave Solid-State Noise Sources SJ 20675 —1998 The fifth part indicates the nominal value of ENR: A indicates 5dB B indicates 15dB C indicates 30dB The third part indicates the output and input interface types: S indicates SMA N indicates N type B indicates BNC P indicates P type anti-radio frequency drowning connector W indicates waveguide type The first box indicates output The second box indicates input The third The first part indicates the high-end frequency, in GHz. The second part indicates the low-end frequency, in CH2. The first part: W indicates microwave F indicates non-integrated circuit LN indicates noise source 5.1.1 See Table 1 for the series of coaxial solid-state noise sources. 5.1.2 See Table 2 for the series of ultra-small solid-state noise sources. 5.1.3 See Table 3 for the series of waveguide solid-state noise sources. 5.2 Appearance drawing The appearance drawings in the table shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding drawing numbers in Appendix A (Supplement).
