Agricultural product wholesale markets provide a place for wholesale transactions of agricultural products and their primary processed products such as grain, oil, eggs, aquatic products, fruits, and flowers, and provide comprehensive supporting services such as commodity protection, information disclosure, market calculation, and price formation. 4 Economic and environmental requirements
4.1 The market entrance should be clean and tidy, with various signs and regulations. There should be parking spaces for vehicles and personnel. 4.2 The market floor should be hardened, flat, disinfected, and easy to clean. 4.3 The trading hall (machine) should have no signs or labels at designated locations, indicating the categories of agricultural products being sold. The hall (seat) should be well ventilated and bright. . 4.4 The market should be zoned according to product categories, preservation and production requirements, and all types of commodities should be sold in the same trading area. Vegetables and fruits, meat, aquatic products, grains, and processed foods should be zoned, frozen agricultural products and non-cold source agricultural products should be zoned, raw products and cooked foods should be zoned, packaged foods and pre-packaged foods should be zoned, and the exchange of agricultural products between industries should be free of pollution. 4.5 The facilities in the aquatic product and fresh meat exchange hall (for fresh products) should be washed regularly without any marked water and should be kept clean. 4.6 The flow of people, goods and vehicles in the trading venue should be smooth, and a dedicated motor vehicle parking lot should be set up. 6.1 Product quality management
