This standard specifies the technical requirements for the management environment, investment and preparation of management facilities and management of wholesale markets of agricultural products. This standard is applicable to the agricultural product wholesale markets that are being established and operated, and also to other types of wholesale markets that include agricultural product wholesale trading activities, except for the agricultural product electronic trading markets. 2 Normative References

Agricultural product wholesale markets provide a place for wholesale transactions of agricultural products and their primary processed products such as grain, oil, eggs, aquatic products, fruits, and flowers, and provide comprehensive supporting services such as commodity protection, information disclosure, market calculation, and price formation. 4 Economic and environmental requirements
4.1 The market entrance should be clean and tidy, with various signs and regulations. There should be parking spaces for vehicles and personnel. 4.2 The market floor should be hardened, flat, disinfected, and easy to clean. 4.3 The trading hall (machine) should have no signs or labels at designated locations, indicating the categories of agricultural products being sold. The hall (seat) should be well ventilated and bright. . 4.4 The market should be zoned according to product categories, preservation and production requirements, and all types of commodities should be sold in the same trading area. 6 Business management requirements
6.1 Product quality management

6.1.1 A product quality management system should be established, and a special mechanism should be set up to verify the safety of agricultural products entering the market, register them, conduct random inspections, and other supervision and management: 6.1.2 Establish a commodity quality inspection and registration system, and keep separate tickets and evidence for commodities entering the market for trading.
