Table 5 Parts Name Main Window Frame Glass Pressure Plate Sealing Ring Countersunk Lamp Aluminum Alloy Carbon Steel Aluminum Alloy Copper Alloy Marine Tempered Safety Glass Electric Heating Glass Nitroprene Stainless Steel Q235-A HMn58-2 1Cr18Ni9 Standard No. GB3190--82|| tt||GB700—88 GB3190-82 GB2041—89 GB11946-89 ISO3434—92 GB11584—89 GB1220-84 Extruded profiles Extruded profiles The connecting welds of the main window frame and the glass pressure plate should be free of pores and sand holes, and the weld surface should be smooth. Aluminum welding uses argon arc. The surface of aluminum parts should be anodized according to CB/Z92. The surface of steel parts should be galvanized according to CB'/Z54 or CB'/Z343. Protective film should be applied on both sides of the glass. The dimension tolerance requirement of the outer corridor of the window seat shoulder is ±1mm. 5.7 Requirements for installing glass: The gap between the glass edge and the glass groove should be consistent. 5.8 The surface roughness R of the main window frame, glass pressure plate and other extruded profiles should not be greater than 12.5um. 5.9 For technical requirements of electrically heated glass, please refer to ISO3434. 5.9.1 The edge of electrically heated glass should be protected. The edge protection should be bonded to the edge and its thickness should not exceed 2mm, see Figure 8. Figure 8 1-Pallet; 2-Cover 3-Heating element; 4-Intermediate layer 5-Edge protection layer 5.9.2 Power load In water cities outside the North and South Poles, the power load of the glass defogger and defroster equipment under normal wind speed and standard atmospheric pressure 20/65 shall be as specified in Table 6. CB/T3226-1995 Power load, W/dm Outdoor temperature -12℃ -40℃ Note: When a ship sails to the polar regions and requires a higher power load, the window manufacturer or the manufacturer of the heated glass should be consulted to increase the power load provided by the electrically heated glass to meet the use requirements. 5.9.3 Power supply The voltage and frequency of the feeder circuit of the electrically heated window should be consistent with the normal and continuous power supply voltage and frequency provided by the switchboard on board. For details, see Table 4. 5.9.4 Electrical connection A moisture-proof junction box should be installed between the heating circuit and the feeder circuit. The junction box should meet the IP22 protection requirements specified in GB/T4942.2. These junction boxes should be fixed on the inner edge of the heated window. During installation, necessary protective measures should be taken against electric shock, insulation and grounding. If, in special cases, the junction box is installed on the glass window frame, the glass should be equipped with a suitable cable. 5.9.5 Overheat protection When the surface temperature of the glass reaches +40, the heated window should be equipped with a thermal shutdown device. For this purpose, the heated window should be equipped with a temperature limiting device (i.e. regulator): a Single-piece regulator (S): The regulator (such as a temperature sensor) is directly fixed on the inner edge of the glass. It only affects the relevant glass and is also a component of the original equipment. b. Group regulator (G): An independent regulating device that is not directly fixed on the window and is appropriately connected by several pieces of glass. When ordering, you must understand the model and number of these regulators. 6 Test methods 6.1 Flushing test After the rectangular window is installed on the simulated bulkhead or loaded on board, a hose with a nozzle diameter of not less than 12.5mm is used, the pressure is not less than 250kPa, the flushing distance does not exceed 1.5m, the flushing time is 3min, and there should be no water marks on the inspected part of the window after flushing. 6.2 Performance test and mechanical strength test. 6.2.1 Performance tests of electrically heated glass such as electrical performance test, chemical performance test, immersion test, etc. shall be carried out in accordance with ISO3434 requirements. 6.2.2 Performance tests of marine tempered safety glass and mechanical strength tests of electrically heated glass and marine tempered safety glass shall be carried out in accordance with GB3385 requirements. 6.3 Insulation test The insulation test of the electrically heated driving window shall be carried out, and the insulation resistance between the heating element and the temperature sensor, the heating element and the frame, and the temperature sensor and the frame shall not be less than 50MQ. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Before leaving the factory, the appearance of each window shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 7.2 The manufacturer shall conduct a flushing test on all rectangular windows in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1. 7.3 For heating series windows, performance tests and mechanical strength tests shall be conducted on each window in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 and insulation tests shall be conducted on each window in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.3. 9 CB/T3226—1995 7.4 If a rectangular window undergoing testing fails the test, it is allowed to be tested again after correction, and it can only leave the factory after passing the re-inspection. If the re-inspection fails three times, the window shall be scrapped. 8 Marking 8.1 Rectangular windows shall have the following markings: Manufacturer name or code; Product model and standard number; Manufacturing date or production batch number; Inspection pass stamp. 8.2 The window glass should be stamped with the glass manufacturer's qualified inspection seal and the glass thickness mark. For example, t=12, marine tempered safety glass. For example, t=20, the load power is 12W/dm, the AC single-phase power supply is 220V, 50Hz, single-piece adjustment, electric heating glass heated by electric heating wire. 9 Packaging The finished product can be packaged in calcium plastic corrugated boxes or frame wooden boxes. 9.2 The finished products placed in the box should be clamped in the normal way, the exposed glass surface should be padded with soft packaging materials, and the glass surface should be coated with peelable plastic. 9.3 The markings on the packaging box surface should comply with the provisions of GB6388. 9.4 The packaging box should have obvious "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" words and signs, and the graphics should comply with the provisions of GB191. 9.5 The product certificate should be attached to the packaging box.
