This standard is a revision of the technical requirements for 28N71010—90 Leeb hardness tester. This standard has some changes from 2BN71010-90 in the following major technical contents:
Added "Foreword" and Chapter 3 "Classification"; One of them is the content of "Calculation error" in the original standard; Modified the requirements and installation methods of "Indication error" and "Indication repeatability"; The "Environmental adaptability" is listed independently; In Chapter 5-Test method, the content of "5.1 Test conditions" which is different from "4.1 Working conditions" is newly stipulated; One of them is the content of "Completeness" in the original standard. The standard related to this standard is CB/T17394-1998 (Metal mold hardness test method). This standard will replace ZBN71010-90 from the date of implementation. 4 Technical Requirements

4.5 Appearance quality and assembly quality
The appearance quality and assembly quality of the hardness tester shall conform to the relevant provisions of Chapter 8 and 4.2 of GB/T2611—1992. 4.6 Environmental adaptability The adaptability of hardness meter to moisture, humidity, vibration, impact and light transportation environment shall meet the requirements of Group II in GB/T6587.2~CB/65875 and Grade 3 circulation conditions in GN/T6587.6. 5.1 Test conditions The hardness meter shall be tested under the following conditions: temperature 20°C±10°C; relative humidity not more than 80%; surrounding environment without condensation, strong magnetic field and corrosive medium. 52 Inspection equipment
The equipment and tools used for hardness inspection are as follows: 1) The overall dimensions (diameter x height) are 90mmx55mm and 120mm×70mt, and the Leeb hardness value is in accordance with the standard Leeb hardness block specified in the specification;
) Vertical hardness tester with a minimum graduation value of 0.05 and an accuracy of ±0.25mm; 2) Surface scale inspection:

5.3 Inspection of impact device
5.3.1 The impact quantity of the body to be impacted is tested with a minimum graduation value of 0.05g, and the result shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.1. 5.3.2 The carbide ball shall be measured at three positions using a vertical optical meter with an accuracy of 0.25 μm. The required value of the ball diameter at any position and its nominal value shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.2. The projection of the diamond ball on the projector shall be compared with the special linear template. The ball head shall be rotated around the common line and the spherical radius on two axial sections within 0.2 mm of the diamond wall shall be compared successively. The results shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.2.
5.3.3 The reflection and surface roughness of the carbide ball shall be inspected by a 30-fold magnification and surface roughness inspection instrument respectively. The results shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3.
5.3.4 The hardness of the carbonized chicken ball shall be tested by the color test method specified in GB/T4340.1 using a hardness tester. The result shall comply with the provisions of 42.4.
5.3.5 The impact device shall be tested in actual operation as required, and the result shall comply with the provisions of 42.5. 5.4 Inspection of indicating device
5.4.1 While inspecting the indication error and indication repeatability of the hardness tester, observe the working state of the indicating device, and it shall comply with the provisions of 4.3. 5.4.2 Continuous operation qualitative inspection: Turn on the power supply to put the hardness tester in working state. Under normal working conditions and within the specified time, perform a regular Leeb visual acuity test every 15 minutes, observe and record the working state of the indicating device, and the result shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.2.
5.5 Test of indication adjustment and indication repeatability On the standard hardness block, use a hardness tester to measure points along the vertical downward direction, calculate the arithmetic mean of the inverse values at each point, and the hardness value error is calculated according to the formula:

Wherein: The arithmetic mean HL of the indication measurement at 5 points is the hardness value calibrated by the standard Leeb hardness block. The indication repeatability of the hardness tester is calculated by the formula (2): 6 = HL-HE

The measured indication error and indication weight difference shall comply with the provisions of 4.4, 5.6, appearance quality and assembly quality inspection of G/T2611-1992 Chapter 8 and 4.2, and the rest shall comply with the provisions of 4.5. 5.7 Test of environmental specifications

The adaptability of the hardness meter to the environment of temperature, humidity, vibration and shock shall be tested according to the specified conditions of GB/T6587.2-GB/T6587.5; the hardness meter's performance shall be tested according to the 3rd level of GB/T6587.6. After the test, it shall be tested according to this chapter. The hardness shall meet the requirements of 4.2.5, 4.3.2 and 4.4.25. 6 Inspection rules
The inspection of the strength meter is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Delivery inspection
The delivery inspection of the hardness meter shall be carried out according to the requirements of 4.2.5.4.3.1.4.4.4.5. It can be delivered to the factory only after passing the inspection. 6.2 Type inspection
The formal inspection shall be carried out in accordance with all the requirements of 3.2 and 4 of this standard, and the full performance test shall be carried out according to the pull test method specified in Chapter 5. 4.6 The test of environmental adaptability can only be carried out under the condition that other test items are qualified. The formal inspection shall be carried out in the following circumstances: new product trial production or old product finalization production in the factory; when the product is officially put into production, and there are major changes in its structural design, materials, packaging, process and related components that may affect the product performance; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when batch production products are inspected; when the national quality supervision and inspection agency has put forward inspection requirements. 6.3 Sampling and judgment rules The type inspection of the meter shall be carried out by randomly taking samples from the batch produced under one piece, and the sampling and judgment rules are: n (An R.) = 3 (0,1):

72 Packaging The packaging of the hardness tester is a soft, comfortable, dustproof and composite protective packaging. The gas installation of the hardness tester shall comply with the requirements of 4.6.I, 4.6.2, 4.6.4 and 4.6.6 of GB/T15464-1995.5. When the quality requirement specified in the requirements is not met, it is judged as a class unqualified product. The packaging of the hardness tester is a protective bag, a waterproof and dustproof composite protective package. The packaging of the hardness tester should comply with the requirements of 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.6.4 and 4.6.6 in GB/T15464-1995.5. When the quality requirement specified in the requirements is not met, it is judged as a class unqualified product.
