Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the objective evaluation indexes and objective evaluation values of gear device noise. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of closed gear devices with separate housings that transmit power before leaving the factory or after overhaul. This standard does not apply to some special or auxiliary gear devices, such as compressors, pumps, engines that are integrated with transmission gears, and some gear devices that do not transmit power. This standard allows the acceptance of gear devices based on noise test conditions, evaluation indexes and evaluation values determined by the agreement or order contract between the manufacturer and the user. 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the objective evaluation indexes and objective evaluation values of gear device noise. JB/T5076--91
This standard applies to the acceptance of closed gear devices with separate housings for transmitting power after leaving the factory or overhaul. This standard does not apply to some special or auxiliary gear devices, such as compressors, pumps, engines integrated with transmission gears, and some gear devices that do not transmit power. This standard allows the acceptance of gear devices based on the noise test conditions, evaluation indexes and evaluation values determined by the agreement or order contract between the manufacturer and the user.
2 Reference Standards
GB6404 Determination Method for Sound Power Level of Gear Device Noise. 3 Determination Method
The determination of the sound power level of gear device noise shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6404. The noise evaluation of gear devices must be carried out under the same test conditions. 4 Evaluation Index
This standard stipulates that the power-to-noise ratio of gear devices is used as the evaluation index of its noise. 4.1 Definition of Power-to-Channel Ratio
U. =10 1g(
wherein, V is the power ratio of the gear unit, dB; P is the rated power of the gear unit, W;
w is the noise power of the gear unit, W. (1)
V. The physical meaning of V. is the decibel value of the ratio of the rated power of the gear unit to its noise power. The larger the value, the smaller the noise loss and the higher the quality of the gear unit.
4.2 Calculation steps
4.2.1 First, determine the noise power level LwA of the gear unit according to GB6404.4.2.2 According to Lwx=101g (age)
), and substitute W. into W
U in formula (1). =10lgP~Lwx+120...
Wherein: W.—reference sound power, W;
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 11, 1991 (2)
Implemented on July 1, 1992

Noise evaluation grading table U. The value size is divided into A, B, C, and D levels: A: The gear device has a high quality level; B: The gear device has a relatively high quality level; C: The gear device has a general quality level, and D: The gear device has a relatively low quality level.
A, B, C, and D levels are according to U in the table. The value size can be divided into three levels (see table), additional notes:
