This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety, hygiene and environmental protection requirements for various colored perchloroethylene enamels.
This standard applies to various colors of perchlorethylene enamels prepared from perchlorethylene resin, alkyd resin, plasticizer, pigment, extender pigment (semi-gloss enamel) and organic mixed solvents.

5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions

5.1.1 The state adjustment and temperature and humidity of the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.1 in GB9278. 5.1.2 The test plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4 and 6 in GB/T9271. 5.1.3 The preparation of the paint film shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.2 in GB/T1727. 5.1.4 The thickness of the paint film shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 9 in GB/T1727. 5.2 Paint film color and appearance
5.2.1 The color of the paint film shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9761. 5.2.2 The appearance of the paint film shall be visually inspected under the lighting conditions in accordance with 3 in GB/T9761. 5.3 Fineness

The gloss after polishing is in accordance with the provisions of 5.12. The proportion of polishing agent: 85 grams of chromium trioxide is mixed with 15 grams of kerosene. 5.14 Oil resistance

6 Inspection rules
6.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Except for the "flash point" item in Table 1, which shall be inspected at least once a year, the rest are factory inspection items and must be inspected for each batch. 6.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 6.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the product quality does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect in accordance with the provisions of GB3186. If the result still does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the product shall be judged as unqualified and the receiving department shall have the right to return the product.
6.4 The product shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of GB3186. The sample shall be divided into two parts, one for sealed storage for future reference and the other for inspection. 6.5 The supplier and the buyer shall inspect and check the product packaging, quantity and marking. If the packaging is damaged or the quantity is inconsistent, the relevant departments shall be notified in a timely manner.
6.6When the supply and demand parties have a dispute over product quality, they may entrust a unit or product quality supervision and inspection agency agreed by both parties to perform arbitration tests.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
The integrity of the leaking barrel and the barrel cover should be checked frequently during packaging, transportation and storage. 7.1 Marking

7.2 Packaging
The product should be packaged in a clean, dry and sealed container, and the contents should account for 90-95% of the container volume. 7.3 Transportation
The product should be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and should be protected from direct sunlight, isolated from fire sources and away from heat sources. Under the storage and transportation conditions of 7.2 and 7.3, the effective storage period of the product is one year from the date of completion of production. 8 Safety, hygiene and environmental protection
This product contains organic solvents such as benzene, esters and ketones, which are flammable, explosive and toxic substances. The construction site of this product should take safe and effective measures such as ventilation, fire prevention, anti-static and anti-toxic, and comply with the safe operation procedures and relevant regulations of coating operations.

A1This product is suitable for spraying and is adjusted with X-3 perchloroethylene release agent. If it is constructed in an environment with a relative humidity of more than 70%, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of F-2 perchloroethylene moisture-proof agent to prevent the paint film from turning white. Primer: iron red perchloroethylene primer, iron red alkyd primer. Putty: perchloroethylene putty, fat glue putty.
