4.3.2 After the steel wire is tightly wound 6 times on a mandrel equal to 4 times its own diameter, the zinc layer shall not crack and cannot be wiped off with bare fingers. 4.3.3||t t||The mechanical properties of steel wire shall meet the following requirements: the tensile strength of the weft wire shall not be less than 900MPa, and the tensile strength of the warp and loop wire shall not be less than 550MPa; the steel wire shall not break after being tightly wound 6 times on a core rod equal to its own diameter. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on November 21, 1993 and implemented on March 1, 1994
Technical requirements for shrinkage nets
JB/T7138.1-93
The specifications of braided nets shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1 of JB/T7137. 5.2 Braided nets shall be supplied in rolls, and the length of each roll shall not be less than 200m, and the length of both ends excluding the warp is 400-500mm. 5.3 In a 200m long braided net, each weft is allowed to have one knotted joint, and the warp is allowed to have one knotted joint. No joints are allowed. 5.4
The technical indicators of the braided net should meet the following requirements: 5.4.1
The maximum difference in the tension of each weft line of the shrinkage net shall not exceed 400N. After the elastic test of the braided net, the rate of change of the tension shall not be greater than 30%. 5.4.3 The wave spacing on the weft line of the braided net is 150mm±30mm. 5.4.4 The width of the braided net and the spacing of the weft lines shall comply with Article 4.1.1 of JB/T7137 or the provisions of the contract between the supply and demand parties. The dimensional deviation of the width of the braided net is ±20mm. Except for the spacing of the upper weft lines, the dimensional deviation of the spacing of each weft line from bottom to top of the braided net is 8mm. 5.4.5
All technical indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Technical indicators of shrinkage net

The determination and test method of knitted nets shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 5, 7, 8 and 9 of JB/T7138.4. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Knitted nets shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can be shipped. 7.1.2 The items of factory inspection shall include the contents of Article 5.1 and Chapter 8 of this standard. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, type inspection shall be carried out once a year; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension, when the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. Statistical indicators Qualification rate, %
7.2.2 According to the provisions of GB2828, a normal inspection sampling plan is adopted, and the batch range is the number of braided net rolls N=91~150. The type inspection judgment rules are shown in Table 3.
7.2.3 When the number of unqualified products inspected is less than or equal to A., the batch of products is judged to be qualified; when the number of unqualified products inspected is greater than or equal to R., the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 468
