Serial number Tensile strength (longitudinal/transverse), MPa Elongation at break (longitudinal/transverse), % Tear strength (longitudinal/transverse), N/cm Heat shrinkage (longitudinal/transverse) (70C), % Foaming ratio First-class products If the sheet is used for packaging in contact with food, its hygienic properties should comply with the provisions of GB9687. 5 Test method 5.1 Sampling 5.1.1 Sampling should be carried out 7 days after the sheet is produced. Qualified products ≥0.20/0.10 ≥20/4.0 ≤2.5/2.0 5.1.2 Inspection of length, broken ends and section ends: All samples taken in Article 6.1 are used for inspection. 5.1.3 Inspection of appearance, thickness and width: Cut off 3m from the outer end of each roll and then cut off 3m respectively, and group them for inspection. TKAKAca 5.1.4 Inspection of foaming ratio and physical and mechanical properties: The specimens should be cut from the samples after inspection in Article 5.1.2, and the sampling should be carried out evenly within 5cm from the edge. 5.2 The standard environment for sample state adjustment and testing is carried out in accordance with the standard environment and normal deviation range in GB2918, with a temperature of (23 ± 2) ℃ and a relative humidity of 50% ± 5%. Under this condition, the expansion ratio and physical and mechanical properties test are carried out. The state adjustment time shall not be less than 24h. 5.3 Determination of specifications and deviations The thickness is measured with a thickness gauge with an accuracy of 0.01mm, accurate to 0.01mm, and the width and length are measured with a tape measure with an accuracy of 1mm, accurate to 1mm. The thickness measurement is based on the maximum and minimum values measured horizontally on the sheet. The limit deviation is expressed as the result of calculating the maximum and minimum values in the actual measurement with the nominal value. 5.4 Appearance inspection Visual inspection under natural light. 5.5 Determination of expansion ratio The expansion ratio of the sheet is defined as the ratio of the density of the low-density polyethylene resin to the apparent density of the sheet. The density of low-density polyethylene resin is 0.92g/cm2. The apparent density of the sheet shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB6343, and the volume of the sample shall be at least 15cm°. Three groups of samples shall be tested and 3 significant figures shall be taken. 5.6 Determination of tensile strength and elongation at break 489 QB/T 2188—1995 Performed in accordance with the provisions of GB1040. Type III specimens are used, the tensile speed is (500±50)mm/min, and 5 specimens are taken in each group in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the sheet. The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the test results in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and 2 significant figures are taken. 5.7 Determination of tear strength Performed in accordance with the provisions of QB/T1130. The number of specimens and the expression of results are the same as those in Article 5.6. 5.8 Determination of heat shrinkage 5.8.1 Measuring tools and instruments a) Ruler with an accuracy of 0.5mm; b) Air drying oven with a temperature control accuracy of ±2℃. 5.8.2 Test specimens The test specimen area is 150mm×150mm, and 3 pieces are taken in each group. 5.8.3 Test steps 5.8.3.1 Draw lines and mark the length of about 100mm as shown in Figure 1. Measure the lengths of L1, L2, and L3 and average them to obtain the original average length in the longitudinal direction. Measure the lengths of L4, L5, and L6 and average them to obtain the original average length in the transverse direction. Longitudinal 5.8.3.2 Place the test specimen in an air drying oven at a temperature of (70±2)℃ and keep the temperature constant for 22 hours. Take out the test specimen and place it in the standard state specified in 5.2 for 1 hour. In order to prevent the change of the sample size from being hindered, the sample should be placed on a cushion covered with talcum powder about 1 mm thick in the box. 5.8.3.3 Measure the marked length of the sample after the test and average it to obtain the average length in the longitudinal and transverse directions after the test. 5.8.4 Calculation and expression of results 5.8.4.1 The heat shrinkage rate (longitudinal and transverse directions) is calculated according to formula (1): s Where: S---heat shrinkage rate, %, Lo-original average length, mm; L-average length after the test, mm. 5.8.4.2 The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the longitudinal and transverse test results of each group of samples, taking 2 significant figures. 5.9 Hygienic performance Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB5009.60. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Batching and sampling QB/T 2188-1995 Sheets of the same specification produced by the same type of resin, formula and process conditions are grouped according to the output per shift. The weight of each batch shall not exceed 2t. Three rolls of samples are randomly selected from each batch for inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection The factory inspection items are the items of Articles 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3. 6.3 Type inspection Type inspection should be carried out in the following situations: a) At least once in 3 months of continuous production; b) When there are major changes in production equipment, materials and process conditions that may affect product performance; c) When the product is resumed after three months of suspension; d) When the superior competent department makes a request. 6.4 Judgment rules If one of the inspection items is unqualified, double sampling should be taken from the original batch, and the unqualified items should be re-tested in two groups. If there are still unqualified items, the batch is judged to be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking Each package is accompanied by a certificate of conformity, which should indicate: a) manufacturer name and address; b) product name, c) trademark; d) product model, specification, net weight; e) manufacturing date or production batch number; f) quality grade mark; g) standard number; h) inspector code. bZxz.net 7.2 Packaging The product is packaged in rolls and packed in plastic film bags or woven bags. The weight of each roll shall not exceed 50kg. It can also be packaged according to user requirements. 7.3 Transportation During the transportation and handling of sheets, fireworks are strictly prohibited, and the sheets should be prevented from being thrown or mechanically damaged, and from being exposed to the sun and rain. 7.4 Storage Should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. Not less than 10m away from heat sources, avoid contact with aromatic hydrocarbons. Storage time shall not exceed one year from the date of production.
