This standard has made the following modifications to G2S21-A3: 1. According to GH/T1.1-1993, the cover and title format have been modified, the following preface and ISO have been added, and three reference standards have been added. The three foreign test instruments have been added. The detergent is added to Appendix B. 3. The length is changed to mm 3, and the steam is changed to blue 4. The fabric combination test specimen is changed from chain four sides to key one short side: if necessary, it shall be specified separately. 5. The use of multi-fiber interlining and single fiber interlining is added. . From the date of implementation of this standard, the China Textile Industry Association will issue this standard. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization and Chemical Research Institute of the China Textile Industry Association. The draft of this standard was jointly drafted by the Standardization and Chemical Research Institute of the China Textile Industry Association, the Shanghai Textile Standards and Metrology Research Institute, and the Shanghai Textile Science and Technology Research Institute. The main drafters of the technical standard are Qi Yamin, with the exception of Lu Wenbao, Li Qidanmin. This standard was first issued in 1585. The series of tests includes a range of operations from mild to severe. Note: This method only measures the effect of residual water on the colour of fine fabrics, and does not reflect the full flow of water. 2 References The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. The sample is evaluated for color change and staining of adjacent fabrics using a gray scale. 4 Equipment and Reagents 4.1 Suitable machine and test device (according to Appendix A). It consists of a water-jet tester equipped with a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft radially supports a number of glass or stainless steel containers with a capacity of 550mL + 5mL, with a diameter of 75mm + 5mm, a height of 125mm and a height of 10m. The distance from the center of the shaft to the exposed bottom is 45mm ± 11mm. The rotation speed of the shaft and the penetrator is 40/min ± 2z/mis, and the water bath temperature is controlled by a thermostat to keep the test solution at the specified temperature of 50℃ + 2℃. 4.2 Soap - moisture content shall not exceed 5%. The following requirements shall be met (by mass): Free alcohol (as Na2CO3) Free toluene (as NaOH) Total fatty matter Preparation of soap root fat freezing point 1> Replacement of method 2 in G3921-3, approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on June 9, 1996 3.3% (maximum) 0.1% (maximum) 850g/kg (small amount) 30C (maximum > 50℃) Implementation on December 1, 1997 Soap shall not contain fluorescent equivalents. If the sample is a woolen or interwoven fabric, one piece is made of the main fiber, the second piece is made of the secondary fiber, or other non-specified, the first piece is wool or cotton. 4.4.3 If necessary, use a piece of uncolored fabric (polyester). The first piece is wool or cotton. 4.5 The color sample card used for evaluating the color change should comply with GB250. The gray scale card used for evaluating the color change should comply with GB251. 4.6 Grade 3 water (according to GB/T6151-1297.8.1). 5.1 If the product is a fabric, prepare the sample as follows: m) Take a 40mm×100mm sample and alternately touch the edges of two 40mm×10cmm single-fiber fabrics (4.4.2) with a 40mm×100mm multi-fiber pasted fabric (1) and make a combination test sample (or as specified). 5.? The sample is a good sample. Take the yarn or fiber about half of the total weight of the lining, and prepare the sample according to one of the following methods.) Place it between a 40mm×10cm multi-fiber fabric and a 40m:×100am undyed fabric (4.4.3). Combine along the four-way (according to GB/[6151-1597.9.3.3.4) to form a combined test sample. b) Clamp two pieces of 4m×1mm1 single fiber lining materials specified in the specification, sew along the back edge to form a combined test group, and change the order to 6.!
