The cloud standard specifies the format, content and filling regulations of the "product variety file card" (hereinafter referred to as "variety card" or "hereinafter") for filing of product varieties with production capacity.
This standard is applicable to the filing of finalized product varieties and can be used as the basis for industrial enterprises and management departments at all levels to manage product varieties. 4.1 The paper size of the variety card should comply with the 4 series 4 number (210mm×217mm) specified in the table of Article 4 of GB148-89. 4.2 The quality of the variety card shall comply with the provisions of Grade A paper (weight 250g/m2) in ZBY32024. 4.3 The contents of the variety card shall be distributed on both the front (Table 1) and back (Table 2), with the text on the front and back sides differing by 180 degrees. 4.4 The distribution and size of the main items on the front of the variety card shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.5 The distribution and size of the main items on the back of the variety card shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.6 The font of "Product Variety File" on the variety card is Long Fangmo with a height of 7mm; the fonts of other items are Long Fang Song with a height of 3.5mm.

6 Variety card filling regulations
6.1.1 This card is filled in with varieties as the target, www.bzxz.net
6.12 This card is divided into main card and auxiliary card. The format of main card and auxiliary card is consistent, and they should comply with Table 1 and Table 2. The difference is the content filled in and the card identification.
6.1.3 Each main card represents a variety. All the contents of the main card should be filled in in detail. When a product contains multiple specifications, its basic specifications should be filled in in detail, and the remaining specifications should be filled in the auxiliary card. 6.1.4 In principle, each sub-card only represents one specification. Sub-cards are only applicable to: · Products with multiple specifications for a variety. If a variety has only one specification, do not fill in the sub-card. The sub-card only fills in the differences between this specification and the main specification (basic specification). The differences should not be filled in. The sub-card is subordinate to the main specification. 6.1.5 Before filling in the card, the product system and industry standard must be clearly divided and identified according to the relevant standards and regulations of my country. If there is no such standard, refer to the Appendix A (suggested Appendix) of GB/T 16707.2--1996 and the special unit for research and determination. 6. 1.6 The filling of the time shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.1.1 of GB/T 7408--94, and the format shall comply with Article 5.3.1.2. 6.2 Filling in the product category, classification code, variety code and long number 6.2.1 The determination of the product category and classification code shall comply with the provisions of (GB17635 and its extended national standards. The preparation of the product code shall comply with GB/I16707.2.6.2.2 Main card number: Arrange in reverse order from 001, and each main card has one number. 6-2.3 Sub-card number: Each sub-card shall be filled in with the card number, and the card number is divided into sections. The first section is the card number of the variety to which this specification belongs, and the second section is the card number of different specifications in the same variety. The sequence number (starting from 02) is called the secondary card number for short. The two sections are connected by \\ numbers. The secondary card number indicates the number of specifications of the product: For example, a product variety (whose main card number is "04\) has two specifications. 6.2.4 Numbering and total number: The enterprise fills in "number", and the variety length (including main length and secondary length) within the same enterprise is 0001. \Number\ value is equal to the number of sheets on the order.
