Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions for Paint Coatings on Reflectors of Lighting Fixtures 1. Content and Scope of Application QB/T 1552 --92 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for white or near-white paint coatings on metal reflectors of lighting fixtures with fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps as light sources. This standard applies to the performance measurement of paint coatings on reflectors of the above-mentioned lighting fixtures. 2. Reference Standards GB2829 Periodic Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to the Inspection of Stability of Production Process) GB3978 Standard Illuminating Objects and Illuminating Observation Conditions GB5698 Color TerminologywwW.bzxz.Net QB1551 Paint Coatings on Lighting Fixtures 3. Terminology In addition to the terms of GB5698 and GB3978, this standard adds the following terms. Whiteness A color attribute of an object, used to indicate the degree of whiteness of a color with a high light reflectance and low purity. In the visible light region, the whiteness of an ideal surface with a spectral diffuse reflectance of 100% is 100 degrees, and the whiteness of an absolutely black surface with a spectral diffuse reflectance of 0 is 0 degrees. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The appearance, adhesion and moisture resistance of the reflector paint coating shall comply with the provisions of QB1551. 4.2 The initial reflectance of the reflector paint coating shall not be less than 69%, and the initial whiteness shall not be less than 70 degrees. 4.3 The reflectance of the reflector paint coating with a fluorescent lamp as the light source shall not be less than 60% after the light aging test, and the whiteness shall not be less than 56 degrees. The reflectance of the reflector paint coating with an incandescent lamp as the light source shall not be less than 62% after the heat aging test, and the whiteness shall not be less than 46 degrees. 5 Test method 5.1 Test specimens 5.1.1 The test specimens are cut directly from the paint reflectors of the lamps. Two test pieces are cut from each reflector, one for adhesion and moisture resistance test, and one for reflectance and whiteness test. 5.1.2 The test pieces selected should have a smooth surface, free of wrinkles, stains, scratches, internal bubbles and other defects, and should have uniform color. 5.1.3 The area of the sample used for reflectance and whiteness test is 50mm×50mm, and the size of the sample used for adhesion and moisture resistance test is 100mm×50mm 5.1.4 If it is not possible to directly cut the test sample that meets the above requirements from the reflector, another test sample should be provided, but the test sample must be approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1992290 1993-03-01 implementation QB/T 1552-92 with the same base material, paint brand and coating process as the paint reflector under test, and must comply with the provisions of 5.4.1 and 5.4.2. 5.2 Appearance, adhesion and moisture resistance test Use the test methods specified in QB1551 to test the requirements of 4.1. 5.3 Test of reflectance and whiteness 5.3.1 Test instrument 5.3.1.1 The reflectance is measured by various reflectance measuring instruments. 5.3.1.2 The whiteness is measured by various color measuring instruments that conform to the CIE-XYZ standard colorimetric system, D65 standard light source, vertical/diffuse (0/d) or diffuse/vertical (d/0) lighting observation conditions. The instruments must be calibrated with a standard white board. 5.3.2 Whiteness calculation formula The blue light area reflectance whiteness formula is used: W=0. 9318Xz Where: w whiteness of the test piece, %; 2-Z stimulus value measured on the color measuring instrument, %. 5.3.3 Result expression The arithmetic average of the test data at three different positions on each test piece is taken as the final test result of the reflectance and whiteness of the test piece. 5.4 Aging test 5.4.1 Light aging test 5.4.1.1 The light source is a GGU--500U ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp. 5.4.1.2 Adjust the distance between the test sample and the ultraviolet light source so that the irradiance of 254nm ultraviolet light projected on the test piece is 6.5×10\uW/cm2. The irradiance is tested with a UVR--254 irradiance meter. 5.4.1.3 The ambient temperature of the light aging test is 25±5℃, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the light aging test time is 24h. 5.4.2 Heat aging test The heat aging test is carried out in an oven at a temperature of 150±5℃ and a heat aging time of 24h. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 This standard only conducts type inspection. 6.2 In any of the following situations, type inspection should be carried out in a timely manner. During normal production, an inspection should be carried out every two years; a. When the product is stopped for a long time and production is resumed, c When mass production is finalized; When the national quality supervision agency makes a request. 6.3 Type Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the discrimination level and the one-time sampling plan in GB2829. The sampling plan is shown in Table 1. Table 1 Appearance, adhesion and moisture resistance Initial reflectance and whiteness Reflectance and whiteness after light aging Reflectance and whiteness after heat aging Technical requirements Clause Test method Clause 5.4.1,5.3 5.4.2,5.3 Disposal after type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.12 of GB2829.
