This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of chlorosulfonated polyethylene micaceous iron and iron red primers (two-component) and various colors of chlorosulfonated polyethylene topcoats (two-component). This standard applies to chlorosulfonated polyethylene micaceous iron and iron red primers (two-component) and topcoats (two-component) anticorrosion coatings for substrates such as steel structures and concrete.

4.1 General conditions of the test
4.1.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T3186.
4.1.2 Standard test plate shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T9271. 4.1.3 Paint film preparation shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1727. 4.1.4 Paint film thickness shall be measured in accordance with GB/T1764. 4.1.5 The sample state adjustment and the test temperature and humidity shall be in accordance with GB9278. 4.2 The state of the coating in the container

a.Test plates are used for testing; the test plates are made of steel plates with dimensions of 70mmX150mmX1~2mm. b. The test temperature is (23±2)℃. Generally, two coats of primer and topcoat can be applied, with an interval of 24h between each coat. After making the plates, the state shall be adjusted for 7d according to the provisions of GB9278, and then the plates shall be immersed. c.
d, the depth of the test plate immersed in the specified medium shall be 2/3 of the plate length, and the immersion time shall be 30d. 4.18 Weather resistance
Plate making and testing shall be carried out according to GB/T1767. Grade assessment shall be carried out according to the corresponding items in GB/T1766. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Carry out according to the provisions of Chapter 3 of HG/T2458. 5.2 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspection shall be carried out at least once every six months (the weather resistance inspection shall be determined according to the specific circumstances). Among them, the state of the primer in the container, outflow time, fineness, solid content, paint film color and appearance, drying time, adhesion, and application period are listed as factory inspection items, and the state of the topcoat in the container, outflow time, fineness, solid content, paint film color and appearance, drying time, adhesion, hiding power, and application period are listed as factory inspection items.

Appendix A
Construction reference

A1Before use, components A and B must be fully stirred and evenly mixed, strictly in accordance with the prescribed proportion, and used up within 8 hours. A2The surface of the object to be painted must be cleaned before painting, so that the surface is free of rust, oil, ash and water, reaching Sa2-level or St3 level, in order to increase
the adhesion and durability of the paint film.
A3The paint can be applied by brushing, dipping, rolling and spraying. It is strictly forbidden to mix with different types of paint and thinners. When the paint liquid is viscous, use the matching thinner to dilute it.
A4When this paint exceeds the storage period, it can be tested according to the items of this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. Additional remarks:

The Ministry of Chemical Industry's Changzhou Coating Chemical Research Institute, Tianjin Dengta Coating Co., Ltd., Longkou Anticorrosion Installation Engineering Corporation Chemical Plant, Tongling Nonferrous Anticorrosion and Waterproofing Material Factory, Chengdu Sifang Anticorrosion and Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jianke Institute New Building Materials Factory, Shijiazhuang Special Paint and Ink Factory, Henan Changyuan Anticorrosion Material Factory, and Tianjin Seawater Desalination Research Institute participated in the drafting.
