This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of mining flameproof electric rock drills (hereinafter referred to as products). 4.1 Products and special motors shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The product should be able to operate normally under the following environmental conditions: a) Coal seams containing methane or explosive gas; b) Ambient air temperature not exceeding 40℃; c) Ambient air relative humidity not exceeding 95%±3% (at 25℃); d) Altitude not exceeding 1000m; e) Rock compressive strength less than 100MPa. 4.3 The motor used in the product is a standardized flameproof motor. In addition to meeting the requirements of this standard, the motor's technical performance and explosion-proof performance must be inspected and qualified by the national designated inspection department and receive the "explosion-proof certificate\. 4.4 The flameproof enclosure can be made of aluminum alloy with a tensile strength of not less than 120MPa and a magnesium content of not more than 0.5% (mass-to-basis ratio). 4.5 The flameproof enclosure should be able to withstand the 20" impact test specified in GB3836.1, and no deformation or damage that affects the explosion-proof performance should occur after the test.
4.6After finishing, the flameproof enclosure shall be subjected to water pressure test, the test pressure is 0.6MPa: maintain for 1min, and discontinuous dripping (one drop per interval greater than 10s is discontinuous dripping) is qualified. 4.7The size, gap and surface roughness of the flameproof joint surface shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.2. The fastening bolts shall have anti-loosening measures. The bolt length shall leave a thread greater than 2 times the thickness of the anti-loosening washer. 4.8
4.9The cable entry device shall have anti-loosening and cable removal measures, and shall be able to withstand the clamping test specified in GB3836.1 and the sealing performance test specified in GB3836.2.

4.10The sealing ring of the cable entry device shall be able to withstand the aging test specified in GB3836.1. 4.11The electrical clearance and creepage distance of the terminal block shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.3. 4.12 The terminal studs shall be subjected to a 3N·m torsion test and shall not rotate or be damaged. 4.13 The motor shall be moisture resistant and be able to withstand the damp heat test specified in GB3836.1. After the test, the insulation resistance of the product's electrical equipment to the housing shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and be able to withstand the withstand voltage test of 85% of the test voltage value specified in 4.21. There shall be no breakdown for 1 minute, the flameproof joint surface shall not be rusted, and the insulating materials, plastics and other parts shall not be deformed, sticky or cracked. Table 2

The motor shall be able to withstand the flameproof performance test specified in GB3836.2 and shall be qualified if it does not transmit explosion. The changes in electric repulsion and frequency during the operation of the motor shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB755. 4.15
4.16 The insulation grade of the motor is E: when the altitude and ambient air temperature meet the requirements of 4.2 and the motor is operated at rated power, the temperature rise limit of the stator winding (resistance method) shall not exceed 75K, and the allowable bearing temperature shall not exceed 85℃ (thermometer method). 4.17 When the motor power, voltage and frequency are rated, the guaranteed value and tolerance of its efficiency and power factor shall meet the requirements of Table 3, and the reverse tolerance in the table is not limited.

4.19 The motor should be able to withstand 1.6 times the rated torque, for 15s without sudden stop or harmful deformation. At this time, the voltage and frequency should be maintained at the rated value. 4.20 The insulation resistance of the motor winding should not be lower than the value specified in Table 5 when hot or after the temperature rise test, and the cold insulation resistance should not be lower than 1MQ.

4.21 The motor winding should be able to withstand a withstand voltage test of 1min against the casing, and the winding insulation will not be broken down. The test power supply frequency is 50Hz, and the waveform is as close to a sine wave as possible. Test voltage: 1500V for 127V, 1760V for 380V, and 2320V for 660V. 4.22 The motor should be able to withstand a short-term voltage increase test, and no fault should occur after the test. The test is carried out at no load, the external applied voltage of the test is 130% of the rated voltage, and the test time is 3min. When increasing the voltage, the detent rate or speed is allowed to be increased, but it should not exceed 115% of the rated speed.
4.23 When the three-phase power supply of the motor is balanced, the deviation of any phase of the three-phase no-load power supply of the motor from the three-phase average value shall not exceed 10% of the three-phase average value.
4.24 When the reducer is running, the gears and bearings should rotate flexibly and smoothly without abnormal sounds. 4.25 When operating the clutch of the drilling rig thruster on the guide rail, the drilling rig should reciprocate flexibly and work reliably, and the friction plate should not stick. 4.26 The side water supply device of the product should not leak water under the 0.6MPa water pressure test. 4.27 The appearance of the product should be clean and flat, and all kinds of signs should be clear and complete. The coating should be uniform and the color should be consistent. Defects such as shedding, flow marks and bubbles are not allowed. Fasteners and ferrous metal processing surfaces should be galvanized or blackened. 4.28 The purchased parts of the product must have a quality certificate. All processed parts and outsourced parts must be inspected and qualified before assembly. 4.29 After the product is assembled, a 20-30min idling test should be carried out, and no abnormal phenomenon should be found. The clutch should be reliable when the drill rig reciprocates on the guide rail, and there should be no obvious swinging phenomenon on the guide rail. 4.30 The cumulative drilling depth of the product without failure for the first time shall not be less than 1000m. 4.31 The safety performance of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB8684. 4.32 The rust prevention of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3576. 4.33 The painting of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9857. 5 Test method
5.1 The quality requirements of purchased parts, outsourced parts, processed parts and assembly shall be guaranteed by the manufacturer, and there shall be inspection records, inspection reports or certificates. The weight of the main machine and guide rails shall be measured by weighing method. 5.2 The appearance and coating quality shall be inspected by visual inspection. 5.3 The main shaft rotation torque, main shaft speed and thrust are tested on the test bench according to the rated working conditions. 5.4 The product is tested by idling mode. The drill is placed on the guide rail under the rated voltage and reciprocated three times. Each stroke is 1000~1500mm. The test is tested by 1t measurement method.
5.5 Drilling speed test: 40 and 75 series products use Φ40mm two-wing drill bit, 140 and 155 series products use @65mm two-wing drill bit, drill rod length is 2m, rock unidirectional compressive strength is not more than 80MPa, horizontal mixed drilling, each hole is drilled 500mm deep, and the arithmetic mean of the drilling speed is taken.
5.6 Drilling depth test: In rocks or coal with unidirectional compressive strength not more than 80MPa, 40 and 75 series products use Φ40mm two-wing drill bit, 140 and 155 series products use Φ65mm two-wing drill bit, and horizontal drilling is performed. 5.7 The noise measurement of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5898. 4

5.8 The explosion-proof and safety performance test methods of the product shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.1, GB3836.2 and GB/T1032. 5.9 The leak detection method of the side water supply device: block the water outlet hole, and the water pressure is raised to 0.6MPa and maintained for 1min. 5.10 The first trouble-free drilling depth test is carried out under the condition that the unidirectional compressive strength of the rock is not more than 80MPa. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection is conducted by the manufacturer's quality inspection department, and type inspection is conducted by the product quality supervision and inspection center.
6.2 Each product must undergo a wide range of inspection items for the manufacturer's quality inspection department. Only after passing the inspection and accompanied by a product certificate of conformity can it be shipped out of the factory. 6.3 In any of the following circumstances, the motor shall be sent to the inspection unit designated by the state for explosion-proof performance review of drawings and technical documents and explosion-proof inspection of samples:
a) Products that have not obtained explosion-proof certificates:
b) Products that have obtained explosion-proof certificates, when local changes involve explosion-proof performance: c) When the quality supervision agency conducts a review of products that have been issued explosion-proof certificates in accordance with regulations. 6.4 In any of the following circumstances, a product type inspection must be carried out: a) New products or old products are converted to a) when the product has undergone major changes in design, process, or materials; c) when the product is discontinued for more than 2 years and then resumed; d) once every 5 years for mass-produced products; e) when the results of the factory inspection are significantly different from those of the last type inspection; f) when the product quality supervision agency requires type inspection. 6.5 The items for factory inspection and type inspection of products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 6. 6.6 The first trouble-free drilling depth and drilling depth test shall only be conducted when new products are being developed and the product quality supervision agency requires it, and the number of units inspected shall not be less than 2 units.
6.7 The number of samples for type inspection shall be 3 units. During mass production, samples shall be drawn from at least 20 units of the inventory that have passed the inspection according to the method specified in GB/T10111. If one of the main items (items 5 to 24 of Table 6) of the 3 samples is unqualified or two of the non-main items (items 1 to 4 of Table 6) are unqualified, double sampling shall be conducted for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified items, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. Table 6

7.6. The product must not be submerged in water during transportation and storage. It should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry place to prevent moisture, corrosion and other damage.
