JB/T9223 This standard is a revision of ZBJ31005-88 "Zircon sand for foundry". During the revision, editorial changes were made to the original standard, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces ZBJ31005-88 from the date of implementation. This standard applies to the sand used for core making in foundry production. 2 Reference standards JB/T9223--1999 Replace ZBJ31(05--88 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards GB/T2684-1981 Test methods for raw sand and mixtures for foundry JB/T9224-1999 Standard sand for verification of foundry binders YB/T876--19 76 Chemical analysis method of zircon concentrate YB/T5142--1993 General provisions for packaging, marking and quality certification of metallurgical mineral products 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 3.1 Bee value content The residual content on the middle sieve among three consecutive sieve numbers with concentrated particle size. 3.2 Acid consumption value The number of milliliters of 0.1N hydrochloric acid solution consumed to neutralize the alkaline substances in 50g ± 0.01g of zircon sand. 4 Classification of zircon sand 4.1 Zircon sand is divided into four grades according to its chemical composition, see Table 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 24, 1999 Implementation on January 1, 2000 Particle size specifications Extra fine sand Medium fine sand 5 Technical requirements JB/T9223-1999 5.1 The chemical composition of zircon sand products shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2 The particle size composition of zircon sand products shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.3 The water content of sand products shall not exceed 0.3% 5.4 The acid consumption value of zircon sand products shall not exceed 5. Scale 5.5 The total radioactive specific activity of zircon sand products shall not exceed 7×10*Bq·kg-(2×10-6Cikg\). 6 Test methods Chemical The analysis method of ingredients shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB/T876. 6.2 The determination of particle size composition and water content shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2684. 6.3 The determination of acid consumption value shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9224. 6.4 The determination of radioactive specific activity shall be carried out by the local radioactive health protection monitoring department in accordance with standard methods. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The sampling method of cast sand shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2684. 7.2 Cast sand shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5. 0.020 7.3 When a dispute arises between the supply and demand parties over product quality, a third party jointly selected by both parties may be entrusted to arbitrate. 8 Packaging, marking, quality certificate and purchase and transportation The packaging, marking, quality certificate and storage and transportation of cast sand products shall be in accordance with the provisions of YB/T5142. 556 Peak content Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
