Some standard content:

GB/T17343-1998
This standard adopts JISZ1602-1989 18-liter metal square barrel" and NFH31-364-1990 "rectangular hexahedron metal packaging" as references. The specifications of these two standards are combined in combination with the situation in my country, and the specifications of 2L and 3L are added, and the specifications below 1L are removed. In the test method, the stacking test is added compared with JISZ1602-1989 18-liter metal square barrel". According to the requirements for use as Class II dangerous goods packaging, the airtightness test value is set at 20 kPa, and the pressure resistance test is deleted. This standard is proposed by China Packaging Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Metal Container Sub-Technical Committee of the National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Standardization Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Tianjin Paint Packaging Equipment Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Mei Jian, Zhang Chunguo, Yang Jingxu, Shen Xingwei, Hua Keqin, Yin Caihui, and Bi Haomin. 576

5 Requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 Structural dimensions
GB/T17343-1998
The structural dimensions of the square barrel shall comply with the provisions of 4.2 of this standard. Special specifications shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 5.1.2 Appearance quality
The inner and outer surfaces of the square barrel shall be smooth, without obvious scratches or rust. The curling edges shall be uniform, without wrinkles, burrs or iron tongues. The welds shall be flat and uniform. 5.1.3 Hygiene requirements
For food, medicine and food additives, they must comply with the provisions of relevant food hygiene standards. 5.1.4 Materials and accessories| |tt||5.1.4.1 The performance indicators of steel plates and steel wires shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards. 5.1.4.2 The sealing packing for square barrels shall be made of materials with good sealing properties and suitable for the contents of the barrels. 5.1.4.3 The closure shall comply with the provisions of GB13251. 5.2 Performance requirements
Performance requirements are shown in Table 4.

Stacking load, N
Lifting Ring tension, N
Test method
6.1 Structural dimensions and appearance
The dimensions are tested with universal measuring tools. Visually inspect the appearance quality of the square barrel. 6.2 Air tightness test
According to the provisions of GB/T17344, after reaching the test pressure, maintain the pressure for 5 minutes without leakage. Class 1
6.3 Stacking test
According to the provisions of GB/T4857.3, the stacking test time is 24 hours. After the test, the square barrel should have no obvious deformation and damage. 11.
6.4 Lifting ring tension test
Fix the lifting ring with an appropriate method, and then add a load to the barrel body in the vertical downward direction to the rated value. Check whether the lifting ring and its connection with the barrel body are damaged within 5 minutes.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard and issue a certificate of conformity. 7.2 Inspection rules are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 Factory inspection
The airtight test items in 5.1 and 5.2 of this standard are factory inspection items. 7.2.2 Type inspection
7.2.2.1 The technical requirements specified in this standard are type inspection items. 7.2.2.2 Type inspection conditions
GB/T17343-1998
When the production of square barrels has one of the following situations, type inspection should be carried out: a) Trial design identification of new products or old products; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, once a quarter;
d) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection results; f) The national quality supervision agency proposes to conduct type inspection. 7.3 Square barrels should be inspected batch by batch. The manufacturer considers the daily output as a batch, and the user considers the delivery quantity as a batch. The inspection batch should consist of products of the same category, volume and production conditions. The normal inspection one-time sampling plan of GB/T2828 is adopted. 7.4 The basic requirements specified in 5.1 of this standard are specified as the inspection level of special inspection level S-2, the qualified quality level is 6.5, and the number of samples drawn and the number of qualified judgments are shown in Table 5.
7.5 The inspection items specified in 5.2 of this standard are specified as the inspection level of special inspection level S-2, the qualified quality level is 2.5, and the number of samples drawn and the number of qualified judgments are shown in Table 6.

5.1 and 5.2 The airtight test requirements in Table 6 shall be inspected item by item. If one of them fails, the sample shall be judged as unqualified. When the number of unqualified samples is greater than or equal to the number of unqualified judgments specified in Table 6, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 7.7 After the square barrels in the unqualified batch are repaired or eliminated, they shall be submitted for inspection again, and the strictness remains unchanged. If they are still unqualified, they shall be judged as unqualified products. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
The square barrel manufacturer’s logo should be on the bottom of the barrel. 8.2 Packaging
The outer packaging and packaging method of the square barrel shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 8.3 Transportation
The transportation of products shall avoid collision, rain, exposure and pollution. 8.4 Storage
8.4.1 The products shall be stored in ventilated, dry and clean warehouses to avoid direct sunlight. 8.4.2 The shelf life of the product is three months from the date of leaving the factory. 581
