6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
JB/T 7891.1--1999
The inspection of vibrating screen is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Each vibrating screen must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. When it leaves the factory, it should be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 6.2.2 The factory inspection is carried out at the manufacturer. After idling for 4 hours, the following items are inspected and tested: a) Amplitude;
b) Noise;
c) Vibration frequency;
d) Maximum bearing temperature and bearing temperature rise:
e) Amplitude difference between the symmetrical points of the two side plates;
f) Lateral swing of the screen box.
6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 The vibrating screen shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a) when a new product or old product is transferred to another factory for production; b) after formal production, when there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) during normal production, an inspection shall be carried out every 3 years or every 50 units produced; d) when production is resumed after a long period of suspension;
e) when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; f) when the national quality supervision agency makes a type inspection request. 6.3.2 Type inspection items shall include all requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out on one unit randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be carried out. 7 Markings, labels and instruction manuals
7.1 Each vibrating screen shall have a product label fixed in an appropriate and obvious position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following:
a) manufacturer name;
