3.1. 3.1.4 The appearance quality of the vehicle shall comply with the provisions of 1B 6712. 3.1.5 The agricultural vehicles shall not be lubricated with oil, water or air during operation and parking. 3.1.6 The throttle control mechanism of agricultural vehicles shall ensure the stable operation of the engine within the full speed range, and the flameout device shall be able to work. 3.1. The number, position and light color of headlights shall comply with the provisions of B4785. 3.2. The high beam luminous intensity of headlights shall be greater than 10000e (two-lamp system) or 8000cd (four-lamp system). Headlights shall have the ability to change from low beam to low beam, and low beam shall be anti-glare. At the same time: the headlights on agricultural buses are not allowed to light up the high and low beams alternately. When the headlight changes to low beam, the existing high beam shall be extinguished at the same time. 3.2.12 Agricultural buses are equipped with screen lights to ensure that when the front lights are turned off and the corresponding engine lights are turned off, other lights can still be lit. 3.2.13 Agricultural buses are equipped with various instruments and switches such as water temperature gauge or water warning light (except for the water cooling system), ammeter (or electric meter), fuel gauge, speedometer and oil pressure gauge (or oil pressure indicator), and the recording is kept effective. 3.2.14 The noise level measured 2m in front of the vehicle and 1.2m away from the vehicle is 90-115dB (A). 3.2.15 The power system should have a main power switch: the position is obvious, and the operation of the hazard warning flasher is not controlled by the main power switch. 3.2.16 The front windshield glass and door and window glass shall be made of copper-coated glass, and the safety glass shall comply with the provisions of GB9656. 3.2.17 The front windshield wiper shall be able to work normally within a temperature range of 40-+50°C, without shaking or abnormal noise, and the wiping range shall meet the driver's field of vision.
3.2.18 There shall be a rear view mirror on the left and right sides of the cab, and its installation position and angle shall ensure that the left and right sides of the vehicle body and the traffic situation within 50m can be seen clearly.
3.2.19 Bumpers shall be installed on the front and rear of agricultural vehicles, and a small trailer device shall protrude from the bumper at the front of the vehicle. 3.2.20 The exhaust valve of the engine shall not point to the right side of the vehicle body. Refueling and refueling with short fuel are not allowed. The opening direction of the air pipe is not allowed, and it is not allowed in vehicles with standing seats and seats. 3.2.21
The doors and doors should be flexible and easy to open and close, and there should be no automatic opening and falling phenomenon. The door chain and door pin should be installed firmly and locked. The doors and windows should be well sealed and there should be no water sliding. 3.1.23 No flammable protrusions that may cause injury are allowed in any part of the vehicle. 3.2.24 The interior and non-metallic parts of the vehicle body should have flame retardant properties and be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment. 3.2.25 Except for the driver's door and the safety door, agricultural passenger vehicles with more than 9 seats are not allowed to have doors on the left side of the vehicle body. 3.2.26 The body of the agricultural passenger vehicle should fit tightly with the floor, the floor and the seat should have sufficient strength, and the storage and support should be installed firmly and reliably. Agricultural buses with a seating efficiency greater than 9 shall be equipped with passenger aisles. The width of the aisle within the range below 7u0mm from the upper surface of the single-lane floor shall not be less than 300mm; the width of the aisle above 700mm shall not be less than 450mm. When there are folding seats on the aisle, the width of the aisle shall still meet the above requirements after the seats are folded.
3.2.27 The front license plate (frame) of the agricultural bus shall be located in the middle or right side of the front of the agricultural bus (according to the forward force direction), and the rear license plate (frame) shall be located in the middle or left side of the rear of the agricultural bus. 3.3 Pollution control and fuel consumption requirements
3.3.1 When the vehicle is accelerating, the maximum allowable noise outside the vehicle shall not exceed 84d(A). 3.4.1 The average trouble-free mileage (MTBF) should not be less than 2500km. 3.4.2 The comprehensive score value (Q) of no trouble should not be less than 65 points. 3.4.3 If the user uses and maintains the vehicle in accordance with the instruction manual, within six halls from the date of loan and the mileage does not exceed 15000km, if the agricultural passenger vehicle is damaged or cannot work properly due to the manufacturer's responsibility, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the reported damaged parts (excluding the parts that exceed the use steel) free of charge: If a fatal fault occurs, you can replace the vehicle for free after two or three times: If a serious fault occurs, you can replace the total skin after two or three times.
3 Other main requirements of vehicles

3.5.6 When the vehicle is disengaged and gliding on a flat, dry, or asphalt road, the gliding distance at an initial speed of 30m/h should be no less than 200m3.5. 4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 Test piece method
1.1 The vehicle parameter determination and relevant tests of agricultural buses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T10133. 4.1.2 The type inspection of newly designed agricultural buses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T8405. 4.1.3 The disassembly shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7736. 4.1.4 Appearance quality inspection: visual inspection and inspection; the coating of the covering parts shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection method specified in JB67[2. 4.2 Inspection rules
4.2.! "Exit inspection"
Each agricultural bus that has been assembled must be inspected to check the manufacturing quality, assembly quality and main technical indicators of the agricultural bus, and adjust the working conditions of each machine. The inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of relevant standards, and the sampling plan and determination rules shall be in accordance with the provisions of qualified products in ID/T51025.
4.2.1 Type inspection

Type inspection of agricultural passenger vehicles shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB/8405. 5 Delivery
5.1 Each agricultural passenger vehicle can only leave the factory after being inspected and certified by the inspection department of the manufacturer. 5.2. Before delivery, the following operations must be done: a) Ensure that the vehicle is intact and free of damage:
Release cooling water (when the temperature is below 100%); c) Check and adjust the tire pressure to the specified value:
Add lead seals to the specified sealing parts:
e) The battery should be in normal condition:
The lubricating oil and brake oil of the power supply should meet the specified oil standards. If the ordering party has other requirements for the delivery status of the agricultural passenger vehicle, they can be negotiated and resolved. 5.3 Delivery! For each agricultural bus, the manufacturer shall provide the following documents: Certificate of Conformity:
b) Instructions for use and maintenance (including safety operation, warning signs, three guarantees, implementation standards, etc.) and shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7865; c) Parts monthly list (provided according to user needs); d) List of spare parts, accessories and tools on board; e) Packing list.
3. Each agricultural bus shipped out of the factory must be equipped with spare parts, accessories, tools and special tools: stone sign. Transportation and storage

3 Other main requirements for vehicles

4 Test methods and inspection rules
4. 1 Test piece method
1.1 The vehicle parameter determination and relevant tests of agricultural buses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB, T10133. 4.1.2 The type inspection of newly designed agricultural buses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T8405. 4.1.3 Disassembly shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7736. 4.1.4 Appearance quality inspection: visual inspection and inspection; the coating of the cover parts shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection method specified in JB67[2. 4.2 Inspection rules
4.2.! Departure inspection
Each agricultural bus that has been assembled must undergo a departure inspection to check the manufacturing quality, assembly quality and main technical indicators of the agricultural bus, and adjust the working conditions of each machine. The inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of relevant standards, and the sampling plan and determination rules shall be in accordance with the provisions of qualified products in ID/T51025.
4.2.1 Type inspection

Type inspection of agricultural buses shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB/8405. 5 Delivery
