6.1 The reducer shall be subjected to running test after qualified assembly. Or fill a certain amount of lubricating oil of specified brand into the box during inspection, and connect it to the lubrication system according to design requirements.
6.2 Factory inspection and type inspection
6,2,1 Factory inspection
The reducer shall be subjected to 2 operation tests in forward and reverse directions at a fixed rotation path and under no-load. The test shall meet the following requirements: a) All joints and fasteners shall not be loose;
b) All sealing parts and joints shall be free of oil; the operation shall be smooth and positive, without impact and abnormal noise; d) The oil temperature rise shall not exceed 25°C, and all lubrication points shall be fully lubricated; e) The contact spots on the teeth shall comply with the provisions of 5.3.4; the cleanliness of the reducer shall meet the requirements of 5.3.5; the appearance shall be smooth and beautiful;
h) All random documents are complete.
6.2.2 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following cases: a) When there are major changes in product design, structure, process or materials that may affect product performance; b) When production is resumed after a long period of suspension; c) When the results of the production inspection are very different from the last production inspection; e) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production and identification; e) For products in normal production, when the national quality supervision and inspection agency carries out type inspection requirements for every 50 units produced, 6.2.3 The items of type inspection should include all the contents of this standard. Type inspection should be carried out on units that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection does not meet the requirements, it should be readjusted and double the number of units should be inspected. ? Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

7.3 All machining surfaces and non-painted surfaces of each component shall be coated with anti-rust oil. The shaft extension part and the coupling part shall be wrapped with plastic after oiling to prevent corrosion and damage. The corrosion method shall ensure that the reducer is free from corrosion within 1 year. For the broken wheel due to corrosion, it must be rust-free and run in test to reach the acid acceptance standard before it can work normally. 7.4 Technical documents include:
) Reducer overall appearance:
b) Lubrication system diagram:
