This standard specifies the model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging,
transportation and storage of oil-based synthetic fiber varnished silk (hereinafter referred to as varnished silk).
This standard applies to varnished silk with a temperature index of 105, which is made of synthetic fiber fabrics or non-woven fabrics impregnated with oil-based insulating varnish and dried. 2 Reference standards

General rules for inspection, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of electrical insulating varnished cloth. The varnished silk models are shown in Table 1.
Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance
Using synthetic fiber fabric as the base material, the general type uses electrical polyester fiber non-woven fabric (7031) as the base material, and the transformer oil resistant type uses synthetic fiber fabric as the base material, and the transformer oil resistant type has high dielectric strength. The paint film should be uniform, without bubbles, creases, damage, and impurities that affect use. The paint film should not be damaged due to bonding when unwinding. The reel should be cut neatly and should not fall off the reel.
4.2 Size
4.2.1 Length The recommended length of each roll is 30+, 40*, 50*, 100*m. Each roll should not have more than two sections, and the length of each section should be greater than 10m. 4.2.2 Width The width should not be less than 850mm, and the width should be consistent in the roll. Painted silk that meets this standard can be cut straight or beveled (generally at an angle of 45° or 30°) into strips with widths of 15, 20, 25mm and other widths according to user needs. The overlap length of bevel-cut painted silk strips shall not exceed 25mm. For strips with a width of 100mm or less, the deviation is ±0.5mm. For strips with a width of more than 100mm, the deviation is ±1% of the width. The model of painted silk strips is the same as that of painted silk.
4.3 Nominal thickness and allowable deviation

4.4.6 Effect of oil on paint silk After the paint film of models 2310 and 2312 is treated in No. 45 transformer oil at 145±2℃ for 18h, the layers shall not be bonded, and the paint film shall not fall off from the substrate (a small amount of peeling at the edge is allowed).
