6.1 The same raw materials and processes, the weftless belts produced continuously for 24 hours are batches. Each batch of weftless belts must be inspected before delivery. The factory inspection items are 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 of Table 2 of this standard, 1, 2, 3, 4. For 2842-W and 2844-W products, 5 in Table 2 must be added.
6.2 Sampling method, 1% of each batch of products is randomly selected as a test sample. 6.3 Type inspection items are factory inspection items and items 6 and 7 in Table 2. For 2841-W and 2843-W products, item 5 in Table 2 shall be added.
6.4 Product identification and assessment inspection items are all items in Chapter 4. 6.5 Other items shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 6 of JB/T6236.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The storage period of 2831 products is one month below 0℃. Other items shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of JB/T6236.1. Additional remarks:
