Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Basic Environmental Test Methods for Petroleum Exploration and Development Instruments Test B: Impact Test
Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the impact test conditions and methods for petroleum exploration and development instruments (hereinafter referred to as products). SY / T 5221-91
This standard is applicable to assess the adaptability and structural integrity of products in the unpackaged state to withstand mechanical shocks during use, loading and unloading and transportation.

5 Test requirements
SY / T 5221-91
5.1 The performance of the impact test bench shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2423.5. The impact waveform is generally a half-stopped sine wave. Due to equipment limitations or special requirements, a trapezoidal wave or a sawtooth wave can be used. 5.2 The product should be fastened on the impact test bench. Products with shock absorbers should be tested together with the shock absorbers. It is recommended that the original shock absorbers cannot be used. Other shock absorbers with the same effect can be used for testing. 5.3 When the mass of the product exceeds the load capacity of the impact test bench, the components that make up the product can be tested separately. 5.4 When the product cannot be subjected to a certain aspect of the impact test due to structural influence, it should be specified in the product standard. 5.5 When the mass of the product is large, in order to obtain sufficient excitation, a longer pulse duration and a smaller peak acceleration can be used: but the product of the two should be close to the value of the product of the original test group. 5.6 No intermediate detection is performed during the impact test. 6 Test method
6.1 Calibration of the test bench
Use a simulant with a mass similar to that of the product and the impact test bench to monitor and calibrate in reverse to meet the test conditions specified in Chapter 4.
6.2 Initial measurement
Put the product under normal atmospheric conditions for at least 1 hour to allow it to reach temperature stability: then conduct appearance inspection, mechanical and electrical performance inspection according to the product standards.
6.3 Product installation
The product should be fastened on the impact test bench according to the normal installation method, and the impact force should be directly transmitted to the body of the product, and it is not allowed to pass through any other buffer device.
6.4 Condition test
6.4.1 The impact test shall be carried out according to the conditions specified in Chapter 4. 6.4.2 For products with completely symmetrical structure and performance, two corresponding surfaces may be reduced; when there is only one test surface due to structural conditions, the total number of impacts is 6 times.
6.4.3 During the impact process, sensors, accelerometers, etc. can be installed at the rigid parts of the product structure for blue testing. 6.5 Final test
After the impact test, remove the product and recover it for 30 minutes under normal atmospheric conditions before testing: a. Daily test inspection: Appearance light loss, structure without cracks and deformation, fasteners without loosening, components and devices without falling off; h. Mechanical performance, electrical performance test: Test according to the product standard, and should meet the requirements. 6.6 Test reportbzxZ.net
Write the test report according to the requirements of relevant regulations. Xie Jia explained:
This standard is proposed and managed by the Petroleum Exploration and Development Instrument Professional Standardization Committee. This standard is drafted by the Geophysical Instrument Company of the Petroleum Geophysical Exploration Bureau. The drafters of this standard are Han Shangduo and Ma Runmin. This standard continues to be effective after the review in 1999, and the review results have been approved by the State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry.
