4.4 Tungsten carbide powder should be sieved. For powders with a Fisher average particle size of <2μm, the mesh aperture shall not be less than 150um; for powders with an average particle size of 2~10xm, the mesh aperture shall not be less than 75μm; for powders with an average particle size of >10pm, the mesh aperture shall not be less than 180μm. 5 Test methods
5.1 The chemical composition analysis of tungsten carbide powder shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB.4324. 5.2 The carbon content (total carbon and free carbon) of tungsten carbide powder shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB5124. 5.3 The average particle size of tungsten carbide powder shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB3249. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The product shall be inspected by the technical supervision department of the supplier. Ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.2 The buyer may inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, they should be reported to the supplier within one month from the receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. If arbitration is required, the supplier and the buyer shall jointly take samples at the buyer's side. 2

6.3 Products shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall consist of powders produced by the same process system, with a batch of not less than 1000k or as agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.
