Reference Standards GB/T 3871.4 Test Methods for Agricultural Wheeled and Crawler Tractors 3 Test Conditions 3.1 Test Equipment Part 4: Hydraulic Lifting Capacity and Output Power Test The hydraulic suspension system test can be carried out on a matching tractor or on a test bench simulating the tractor state. The test bench simulating the tractor state should meet the following requirements: The layout and installation of the hydraulic components (pump, cylinder, valve, lifter, hydraulic output valve and oil filter) and suspension rods of the hydraulic suspension system a. The layout and installation method should be consistent with those on the tractor; The speed of the hydraulic pump should be consistent with the speed of the pump at the rated engine speed on the tractor; b. The size and layout of the connecting pipes used should be as consistent as possible with those on the tractor; c. It should have an oil temperature control device. The test equipment should also include: loading device, special frame, adjustable flow valve and ruler, etc. 3.2 Test Instruments The test instruments shall be specified by the relevant departments and within the valid use period. The accuracy of each measurement parameter shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The oil temperature for the performance retest after the performance test and durability test is 65±5℃, the ambient temperature for the static settlement test is 23±7℃, and the oil temperature for the durability test is 80±5℃. 3.4 Measurement lead-out point location The temperature measurement lead-out point shall be near the oil tank outlet. The pressure measurement lead-out point shall be as close as possible to the required pressure measurement point and shall avoid disturbance sources. Test method 4.1 Running-in Perform according to the specifications of the matching tractor. 4.2 Type test 4.2.1 The detection of the size, maximum lifting force, lifting stroke, lifting time, static settlement, operating force and hydraulic output power of the three-point suspension device shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3871.4. The durability test shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions: a. Load on the tractor suspension shaft or 610mm behind the suspension shaft, and the load amount shall be 90% of the maximum lifting force measured at the corresponding position; b. Lift 300,000 times in full stroke, with a frequency of not less than 6 times/min; c. After the durability test, re-measure the lifting stroke, lifting time and 30min static settlement value, and check whether the parts of the hydraulic suspension system are damaged.
