This standard specifies the product classification technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 10A ship switches (referred to as switches).
This standard applies to ship switches used to connect or disconnect circuits in ship low-voltage electrical circuits with a rated current not exceeding 10A and a rated voltage not exceeding 500V.

4 Technical requirements

4.2 The surface of the metal shell of the switch should be clean, without burrs, rust, etc. The paint film must be flat and smooth, with uniform color and firm paint layer. Its main surface should have no obvious flow marks and other defects; the surface of the nylon shell should be flat and shiny, without cracks, bubbles, swelling, etc. 4.3 The nylon shell and insulating parts of the switch should be made of durable, flame-retardant, moisture-resistant and mildew-resistant materials, and toxic materials and materials that can release toxic gases should be avoided as much as possible; the metal shell should be made of high-quality cast copper and aluminum alloy. Metal parts should have a reliable protective layer, and the main electrical components should be marine combination switches. 4.4 The metal casing of the switch should have reliable grounding measures, and the grounding point should have an obvious grounding mark. 4.5 The insulation resistance of the switch under normal test atmospheric conditions should not be less than the requirements of Table 3. Under rated voltage and rated current, the temperature rise limit of the conductive part of the switch is 40K, and the hot insulation resistance is not less than the provisions of 4.7
in Table 3.

Under rated current and rated voltage, the power factor cos9=0.8, the time constant T=0.0025, the electrical life shall be not less than 10,000 times (on and off is one life), the switch shall be able to continue to be used after the test, and the IP56 performance shall be maintained. The deviation angle between the center line of the operating handle of the switch and the center line of the disconnect position indicated on the housing shall not exceed 10°. 4.10
The switch shall be able to withstand the connection and disconnection capacity of Table 6 at 110% of the rated voltage. 4.11

Visual inspection of the appearance, structure, markings, etc. of the switch shall comply with the requirements of Articles 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 of this standard. 5.2
Dielectric strength test
The test is carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB998 and meets the requirements of Article 4.6 of the standard. 5.3
Insulation resistance measurement

Use a DC megohmmeter of the grade listed in Table 3 to measure the insulation resistance between different polarities of the live parts, between the same polarity inlet and outlet wires, and between the live parts and the metal 5
shell, which should not be less than 100MO. 5.4High temperature test

The test is carried out in accordance with the high temperature test method of CB1146.3. The severity is +70℃, and the time is not less than 0.5h. The test product should be able to work normally during the test. After the test, check that the shell and other insulating parts should not have defects such as deformation, cracking and color. 5.5 Humidity test
The test is carried out according to the CB1146.5 alternating humidity test method. After two cycles of 55C test, it is restored under normal atmospheric conditions and the main performance test is completed within 2 hours. After treatment, it should meet the following requirements: a.
Reliable operation;
The insulation resistance should not be less than the value specified in Table 3 in Article 4.5 of this standard; b.
The total area of the corrosion surface of the plating layer of the electroplated parts shall not exceed 25%, and the main metal of the parts shall not have rust spots; painted parts are allowed to have slight loss of gloss and discoloration, a small number of pinholes and other defects, and bubbles with a diameter greater than 1mm are not allowed; the adhesion of the paint film is d.
In the nine 1mm squares, the primer does not fall off or the topcoat does not fall off more than 1/3 of the area; the insulating materials and rubber and plastic parts shall not have defects such as deformation, stickiness, and cracking. e.
5.6 Low temperature test
The test is carried out according to the low temperature test method of CB1146.2. The severity is -25℃, and the time is not less than 0.5h. The test product should be able to work normally during the test. After the test, check that the insulating parts such as the shell should not have defects such as deformation, cracking and color. 5.7 Shell protection test
The test is carried out according to the IP56 method in GB4208, and it should meet the requirements after the test. 5.8 Temperature rise test
The test is carried out according to the temperature rise test method of GB998, and the temperature rise measured by the thermocouple method should meet the requirements of Article 4.7 of this standard. 5.9 Vibration test
The test is carried out according to the vibration test method of CB1146.9. When the frequency is 2~10Hz, the displacement is ±1mm, and when the rate is 10~80Hz, the acceleration is ±4m/s*Scan the switch at 1 times the frequency/min for 1~3 times to check whether there is resonance, and then do 2h endurance vibration at the maximum resonance point. If there is no obvious resonance point. Then make a 2h endurance vibration at 30Hz, and the switch is operated in three axes (vertical, horizontal, and longitudinal) in sequence, and resonance with an amplification of more than 5 times is not allowed.
After the test, the fasteners of the test product should not be loose and can work normally. 5.10 Electrical life test
Put the switch in the normal installation state, and the test is carried out according to the JB2289 electrical life test method. After the test, it should meet the requirements of Article 4.9 of this standard. 5.11 Inspection of operating mechanism
After the electrical life test, the inspection method of the operating mechanism is carried out according to JB2289, and it should meet the requirements of Article 4.10 of this standard. 5.12 Switching capacity test
The test is carried out according to the rated connecting and disconnecting capacity test method in Chapter 7 of GB998, and meets the requirements of Article 4.11 of this standard. 5.13 Alternating salt spray test
The test is carried out according to the salt spray test method of CB1146.13, and it should meet the requirements of Table 7 after 28d. Base metal

The collision test shall be carried out in accordance with GB2423.6.
Severity level: peak acceleration 100m/s, pulse duration 16ms, collision number 1000±10 times. Drop test shall be carried out in accordance with GB2423.8.
Severity level: drop height 500mm, drop number 2 times. After the test, the test piece shall not be damaged or have loose fasteners. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of this standard. 6.1.2 Sampling rules for factory inspection: each batch of switches shall be inspected according to the sampling table in Table 8. If the number of unqualified samples is equal to or less than A, the product shall pass. If the number of unqualified samples is equal to or greater than R, the product shall fail. If the number of unqualified samples is greater than Ac1 but less than Rel, n2 (i.e. equal to n) samples shall be taken for inspection. If the total number of unqualified samples in the two inspections is equal to or less than Ac2, the batch of products shall pass the factory sampling inspection. If the total number of unqualified samples is equal to or greater than Re, the product shall fail. Table 8

6.2 Type inspection

In the type test items, if one sample fails the test, the sample shall be retested after the defect is eliminated until all the test items are qualified, and the type test is considered qualified. If one of the test items of the mass production product fails, double sampling shall be conducted for retest. If the retest is qualified, the type inspection is considered qualified, otherwise the type inspection is considered unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The switch nameplate shall have the following markings:
Product name and model;
Rated voltage, rated current;
Product number, date of manufacture;
Name of manufacturer.
7.2 Packaging
Single product shall be packed in a cardboard box. Each box shall contain a product certificate, and the packaging box for external transportation shall have reliable moisture-proof and dust-proof measures. 7.3 The packaged switch can be transported by any means of transportation under the condition of avoiding direct rain and snow. 7.4 The switch shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. 7.5 The warranty period of the switch is 2 years from the date of leaving the factory. The test shall be carried out in accordance with the flame retardation test method specified in CB3246, and shall meet the flame retardation requirements after the test. 5.16 Packaging test
