This standard is applicable to refractory vibrating screens for screening hot sintered ore with a particle size of no more than 150mm and a temperature of no more than 850C after crushing. The service life of the screen frame shall not be less than 15000h (based on the failure of the side plate). 4.5 Safety requirements 4.5.1 The impeller and eccentric block of the hot mine vibrating screen shall be painted red. 4.5.2 Under working conditions, the noise (sound pressure level) value of idling operation shall not exceed 95dB(A). 4.6: Quality requirements for main parts 4.6.1 The screen plate The material is alloy cast steel, and its wear-resistant life shall not be less than the provisions of 4.2a) of this standard. 4.6.2 Side plate 4.6.2.1 One splicing weld is allowed in the width direction, and splicing is not allowed in the length direction. 4.6.2.2 The weld must be inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection, and two pores with a diameter of ≤2mm are allowed to exist within any 50mm weld length. 4.6.3 Crossbeam 4.6.3.1 The heating temperature of hot pressing should not exceed 950C, and it should be cooled naturally after hot pressing. Water quenching is not allowed. 4.6.3.2 The two end faces of the crossbeam must be perpendicular to the installation plane of the two end screen plates, and the verticality tolerance is 0.3mm4.7. Assembly quality requirementsWww.bzxZ.net 4.7.1 The hot ore vibrating screen should run smoothly without abnormal noise. The lateral swing should not be greater than 0.5mm, and the amplitude error of the two side plates should not be greater than 0.5 mm. 4.7.2 The relative position of the coaxial eccentric block of the vibrator should be consistent. Measured at the center line R235 of the eccentric block, the relative error between the two should not be greater than 3mm. 4.7.3 After the vibrator is assembled, the rotation of the shaft should be flexible, and the rotation resistance of the two shafts should feel basically the same. 4.7.4 The relative position of the two vibrator eccentric blocks should be consistent. When measured at the center line R235 of the eccentric block, the relative position error should not exceed 3mm. 4.7.5 The temperature rise of the vibrator bearing should not exceed 55C. 5 Test method 5.1 Amplitude Measure with an amplitude indicator with a line error of less than 0.4mm. The measuring points should be evenly distributed on the two side plates of the screen box. 5.2 Vibration frequency Measure with a tachometer with an error of less than 20%. 5.3 Vibration direction angle Measure with a vibration direction angle plate with an error within ±1°. 5.4 Noise JB/T9033-1999 Weighted by ordinary sound level meter (A), set at 1m from both sides of the screen frame, its height is the horizontal plane formed by the center of the vibrator, there should be no less than three measuring points on each side, and the average value is taken. 5.5 Bearing temperature rise Stop the vibrating screen after 6h of operation, and measure the difference between the maximum temperature of the bearing seat shell and the ambient temperature. 5.6 Screen surface inclination Calculate by trigonometric function through the actual measurement of the spring seat height difference and the spring center distance. 5.7 Processing capacity Use a stopwatch and a belt scale to measure the feed rate per unit time, and then convert it into the processing capacity per hour. 5.8 Life of wearing parts By measuring the size of the screen hole, calculate its service time when the screen hole is worn to the specified width. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Each hot mine vibrating screen must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and it must be accompanied by a product certificate. 6.1.2 When each hot mine vibrating screen is tested under no-load conditions, its continuous operation time should be no less than 6 hours. 6.1.3 Inspection items: a) Amplitude; b) Vibration frequency; c) Vibration direction angle; d) Noise; e) Vibrator bearing temperature rise. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a) New products developed or finalized products produced by a new factory; b) When the design, process or material of the product changes and affects the product performance; c) When the product is resumed after being discontinued for 3 years; d) Products produced in batches (or produced annually) shall be inspected regularly every 5 years; e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.2.2 The hot mine vibrating screen can only be type inspected after running for 5000 hours in hot state. 6.2.3 Inspection items: a) Amplitude, b) Vibration frequency; c) Vibration direction angle; d) Noise; e) Vibrator bearing temperature rise; f) Screen surface inclination; g) Processing capacity; h) Life of wearing parts. 7 Marking 7.1 Product marking Each hot mine vibrating screen shall have a product label fixed in an appropriate and prominent position, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, with the following contents: a) Model, specification and name of the product; b) Main technical parameters; c) Manufacturing date; d) Factory number; e) Manufacturer's name. 7.2 Packaging marking JB/T 9033--1999 The text and markings on the packaging box and bare parts shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Packaging The packaging of hot mine vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 8.2 Random technical documents The manufacturer shall send the following technical documents to the user at random, put them in the box and mark them on the outside: a) Packing list, b) Product factory certificate; c) Product instruction manual; d) Product installation diagram; e) Random accessories list. 8.3 Transportation and storage 8.3.1 The hot ore vibrating screen shall meet the requirements of water and land transportation. 8.3.2 Storage requirements for product packaging: a) It should be placed flat and stable, and a certain distance from the ground should be kept, and it should not be stacked; b) The storage place should have protection measures against rain, sun and water accumulation. 8.3.3 The product should be checked regularly during the storage period, and the following matters should be noted: a) Whether the protective layer on the surface of each machine part has lost its anti-rust effect, whether the paint has discolored and peeled off, and a new protective layer should be replaced if necessary; b) When the product storage period exceeds six months, it should be maintained once. 568 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
