Compared with JB/T10088~-1999, the main changes of this standard are as follows: The writing format of the standard shall comply with the provisions of GBT1.1-2000 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Writing Rules of Standards". The sound level limit is changed from the original A-weighted no-load sound pressure level to the A-weighted sound power level, which is the sum of the no-load sound power level and the load current sound power level, and the limit is redefined. The measurement conditions of the load current sound power level are supplemented. The sound power level calculation formula of the sum of the no-load sound power level and the load current sound power level is supplemented. The sound power level limit of 35kV dry-type transformer is supplemented. The sound power level limit of 330kV and 500kV transformers is supplemented. This standard applies to oil-immersed power transformers with voltage levels of 500kV and below and dry-type power transformers with voltage levels of 35kV and below. This standard can be used as a reference for other types of transformers. Note: The sound level limits specified in this standard do not apply to amorphous alloy core transformers. GBT1094.10 Power transformer Part 10: Sound level determination (GB/T1094.10-2003, EC60076-10:2001, MOD) 3 Measurement method Sound level measurement can be carried out by sound pressure method or sound intensity method. The specific measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB1094.10. 4 Load current sound power level measurement In order to determine whether the sound level measurement under load current is necessary, the load current sound power level ZwAIN39+181g can be roughly estimated by formula (1) first: LwA.IN—A-weighted sound power level estimation value of the transformer at rated current, rated frequency and short-circuit impedance, in dB (A): S——rated capacity, in MVA; —base capacity, 1MVA. For autotransformers and three-winding transformers, S is the equivalent capacity. The specific conversion method is shown in Appendix A. If the LwAi value is &dB or lower than the standard value or the guaranteed sound power level, it is not necessary to measure the load current sound level. 5 Sound level obtained by adding the no-load sound power level and the load current sound power level For a transformer operating at rated voltage and rated current, its A-weighted sound power level can be calculated from the A-weighted no-load sound power level and the A-weighted rated current sound power level according to formula (2): LwA=101g(10.wN+100LwA. For multi-winding transformers and autotransformers, the conversion method is shown in Appendix A. 6.8 When the voltage level and equivalent capacity of the transformer do not correspond to the values listed in the table, the sound power level limit should be determined according to the closest voltage level or the capacity of the larger level. 6.9 For transformers with multiple capacities due to different cooling methods, the sound power level limit should be determined according to the maximum capacity and its corresponding cooling method. JB/T10088--2004 Appendix A (Informative Appendix) Conversion method of equivalent capacity The capacity listed in the table of this standard is equivalent to the equivalent capacity of a double-winding transformer. Therefore, for a double-winding transformer, the equivalent capacity is the rated capacity of the transformer. For a multi-winding transformer and an autotransformer, it should be converted to the equivalent capacity of a double-winding transformer. A.1 Conversion of equivalent capacity of a three-winding transformer The equivalent capacity of a three-winding transformer is equal to half of the arithmetic sum of the rated capacities of each winding. Example: For a transformer with product model SFSZ-20000/110, the capacity of its high, medium and low voltage windings is 20000kVA, 20000kVA and 20000kVA respectively. The equivalent capacity of this three-winding transformer is (20000+20000+20000)2=30000kVA. A.2 Calculation of equivalent capacity of autotransformer The equivalent capacity of autotransformer is equal to the sum of the rated capacity of the two autotransformer windings multiplied by the efficiency coefficient, plus half of the sum of the capacity of the third winding. Example: For a transformer with product model OSFPS--240000/220, the rated capacity distribution and rated voltage of each winding are 240000kVA/242kV, 240000kVA/121kV and 180000kVA/15.75kV respectively. The equivalent capacity of this self-supporting transformer is: 1/2[0.5 (240000 + 240000) + 180000] = 210000 kVA.
