Guidelines for testing specificity, consistency and stability of new plant varieties
This standard defines the technical requirements and general principles for testing specificity, consistency and stability of new varieties. This standard uses the specificity, consistency and stability test results of new varieties of the genus Amorphiohattus Blutne to define 2 Normative references

5 Requirements for propagation materials
5.1 The propagation materials shall be provided in the form of bulbs. 5.2 The number of bulbs submitted shall be no less than 50.
5.3 The bulbs submitted shall be healthy in appearance, vigorous, free of diseases and insects, and shall be two-year-old bulbs with a diameter of cm and uniform individual growth. 5.4 The bulbs submitted shall generally not be subjected to any treatment that affects the expression of the variety's traits. If they have been treated, detailed treatment information shall be provided. 5.5 The bulbs submitted shall comply with the relevant provisions of the country's plant quarantine. 6 Test methods||t t||6.1 Test period
The test period is at least one growth cycle. 6.2 Test location
The test is carried out at one location. If some traits cannot be fully expressed at this location, other locations that meet the conditions shall be selected for observation.
6.3 Field test
6.3.1 Test design
Uncommon varieties and similar varieties are planted adjacent to each other in a pit-planting manner. Each plot has at least 12 plants, with a stacking distance of 30 cm and a row spacing of 60 cm. There are 2 replicates in total. 6.3.2 Field management
can be carried out according to the current production management method. 6.4 Character observation
6.4.1 Observation period
Character observation should be carried out according to the growth stages listed in Table A.1 and Table A.2. The growth stages are described in Table B.1. 6.4.2 Observation method
Character observation should be carried out according to the measurement methods (VG, VS, MG, MS) specified in Table A.1 and Table A.2. The measurement methods of some characters are shown in B.2 and T3.3.
6.4.3 Number of observations
Unless otherwise specified, the number of samples for individual character measurement (VS, MS) should not be less than 1, and the number of samples for each plant in the organs and parts of the observed plants should be 1. The whole plot or a mixed sample of a specified size should be observed for group observation of characters (VG, M). 6.5 Additional tests
When necessary, additional tests may be performed on the traits listed in Table 2 or traits not listed in this document. 7. Determination of specificity, consistency and stability results 7.1 General principles
The determination of specificity, consistency and stability shall be carried out in accordance with the principles of (G3, 19557.1). 7.2 Determination of specificity
The proposed variety shall be clearly distinguished from all existing varieties. When the proposed variety has obvious and reproducible differences from similar varieties in individual traits during the test, the proposed variety can be determined as having specific characteristics. 7.3 Determination of consistency
The proposed variety shall be determined based on the group standard of 1 and the acceptance probability of at least 95%. When the sample size is 1, at most 2 specific types can be identified. 2
7.4 Determination of stability
NY/T 2500--2013
If a variety has consistent characteristics, it can be considered that the variety has stability. Generally, no qualitative selection test is carried out. If necessary, the next generation of the variety can be planted. Compared with the previous varieties, if there is no significant change in the characteristics, the variety can be determined to be stable.
8 Characteristic table
According to the test results, the traits are divided into basic traits and selected traits. The basic traits are the traits that must be used in the test. The basic traits are shown in Table A.1-Selected test traits. 8.1 Overview
The trait table lists the trait name, expression type, expression status and corresponding code and standard variety, observation period and method, etc. 8.2 Expression Types
According to the expression method of the trait, the trait is divided into three types: quality trait, pseudo quality trait and quantitative trait. 8.3 Expression Status and Corresponding Codes
8.3.1 Each trait is divided into a series of expression statuses to facilitate the definition of the trait and the specification description: Each expression status is assigned a corresponding digital code to facilitate data recording, processing and variety description establishment and communication. 8.3.2 For quality traits and pseudo quality traits, all expression statuses are listed in the test guide: For quantitative traits, in order to shorten the length of the trait list, the expression status of the even-numbered code is not listed. The expression status description of the even-numbered code is in the form of the previous expression status to the next expression status,
8.4 Standard varieties
Traits Table 4 lists "standard varieties for reference for the expression status of some traits to help" determine the different expression states of related traits and correct the differences caused by environmental factors:
9 Grouped traits
In wood character, the cultivar grouping traits are as follows
) Petiole: spots (Table A.1 Neutral trait 15)
) Night applied - Sichuan petiole spotted varieties: Petiole: spotted pattern (Table A,! Neutral trait 16) Only Sichuan petiole spotted varieties were used: Petiole: spot color (Table A.1 Neutral trait 17). )Petiole: bulbil at the bifurcation point (Table A.1 neutral characters 18))Leaf: shape of leaflets at the top (Table A.1 neutral characters 23))Ball: flesh color (Table A neutral characters)
