UDC 629.12.011 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB 558--83 Technical conditions for cable piles Rollards technical condition1983-01-31Promulgated 1983-11-01Implementation National Bureau of Standards WNational Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical conditions for cable piles Rollards technical conditionThe materials of cable are as follows Superior carbon structural steel Hot-rolled carbon steel for shipbuilding DH, SH Ordinary carbon structural steel High-quality carbon structural steel UDC 629.12 GB558--83 Representing GB 558-76 Standard No. GB 699-- 65 GE 712—80 GB 700—79 GB 699—65 2 The pile column with cable pile can be directly made of seamless steel pipe (YB231-70) or welded with steel plate. When made of seamless steel pipe, the outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipe shall not be less than the size specified in the standard. When the pile column is welded with steel plate, there shall be no more than two butt joints in the radial position of each pile column, and the weld shall be arranged at 30° with the longitudinal center line of the cable pile. When there is only one weld, the weld shall be located on the inner side of the cable pile, as shown in the figure below. 4. When the cable pile is installed with screws, the screw type should be: when the diameter d is less than 20mm, it should be selected according to GB69-76 "semi-countersunk head screws". When the diameter d is greater than 20mm, it should be manufactured according to the unified drawings, and its type should be similar to that specified in GB6976. When the cable pile is installed by welding force method, the T42 type welding rod specified in GB98176 should be used for welding. It is allowed to install D-type and IE-type cable piles by welding method, and the screw hole should be cancelled at this time. The cable pile should be inspected and accepted by the manufacturing technical inspection department, and a certificate of conformity should be issued. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on January 31, 1988 19B3-11-01 Implementation W.GB 558—83 Mooring piles are not allowed to have cracks, warping, slanting and defects that hinder their use. The edges should be rounded, the welds should be cleaned, and the pile column welds should be deburred. 9 After acceptance, the outer surface of the mooring pile should be painted with asphalt varnish. 10Www.bzxZ.net The following marks should be printed on the base of each mooring pile: Manufacturer's name or trademark: Model and standard number, Production batch number, Inspection pass stamp. Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and issued by Dalian Shipyard. This standard was drafted by the Institute of Shipbuilding. The main drafter of this standard is Guo Yixin. This standard was first issued as CB41-59 in 1959, upgraded to national standard GB558-65 in 1965, and revised to GR 558-76 in 1976. The main content of this revision is that the original standard requires "the weld should be at an angle of 10° to 15° to the horizontal center line of the cable pile", but now it is changed to "at an angle of 30° to the longitudinal center line of the cable pile" because the reinforcement ribs of the A-type cable pile are arranged radially, and a diagram is added to clarify the location of the longitudinal center line.
