5.8.1 When the engine is running at medium speed, the indicated air pressure of the air pressure gauge should rise from zero to the starting air pressure within 4 minutes. 5.10.1 The car should be equipped with a main power switch. Each switch should be appropriately positioned to facilitate driver operation. The wiring of the whole car should be correct. No short circuit or open circuit should occur. 5.15.1 Outsourced and outsourced accessories must have certificates of conformity issued by the manufacturer. The main outsourced accessories must be final products identified by relevant departments, and all parts must be inspected. It can only be assembled if it is qualified and has the acceptance procedures of the inspection department. 5.15.2 All parts of each assembly should be assembled correctly and completely. 5.15.3 Gas and liquid pipelines and electrical circuits should be firmly installed and arranged neatly, and should not automatically loosen, fall off, or rub against each other during driving. 5.15.4

5.16 Appearance requirements
5.16.1 The exposed surface should be clean and free of oil, dirt, rust, damage and unevenness. 5.16.2 Casting, forging, welding and other non-machined surfaces should be smooth , there shall be no defects such as flash, burrs, trachoma, welding spots, oxide scale, etc. The welds should be evenly hooked, and there should be no cracks, bubbles, slag inclusions, or meat bites. 5.16.3 The paint film shall not have defects such as delamination, cracks, peeling, or flow marks. The paint film shall be firm and the color shall be bright. 5.17 Frame
5.17.1 The welding quality of the frame shall comply with JB/T5943. 5.17.2 The dimensional tolerances and shape and position tolerances of the frame assembly after welding shall meet the following requirements. The frame width tolerance should comply with the IT16 standard tolerance value in GB1800; a.
The diagonal length of the frame should not be greater than 1/1000 of the wheelbase from the first to the last axis (as shown in the figure ); b.

5.18 Cab
5.18.1 The cab should be fully enclosed in metal. The internal width dimension should be no less than 800mm, and the remaining dimensions should refer to JB2667. 5.18.2 The cab has beautiful appearance, coordinated colors, broad vision, reasonable indoor structure, good ventilation, and has good dew-proof, sound insulation, heat insulation, rainproof and dustproof sealing properties.
5.18.3 The type, size and technical requirements of wipers shall comply with the provisions of JB3032 and JB3033, and their arrangement shall ensure an appropriate wiping area. For single-seat cabs, the wiping area shall not be less than 1800cm2. 5.18. 4. The layout of the heating ducts in the cab should be reasonable, the outlet airflow should not be directed towards the human body, and the flow rate should be appropriate. The type and technical conditions of the heating device should comply with the regulations of JB2883.
5.18.5 The door should be easy to open and close, and should not open by itself. The door lock should be locked reliably. There is no abnormal sound from the doors and windows when driving. The technical conditions of its door locks should comply with ZBT26003 regulations.
5.18.6 The cab glass should be safety glass, and the front windshield should be laminated glass (or tempered glass in some areas). Other doors and windows can use tempered glass.
5.18.7 There must not be any sharp protrusions inside or outside the cab that can cause injury. The non-metallic materials inside the cab should have high fire resistance.
5.18.8 The inner and outer surfaces of the cab should be smooth and tidy, free of cracks and rust, and the inner and outer sheet metal parts should not be uneven. 5.18.9 After installation, the doors, door frames, windows and window frames must have all the gaps around them. 6 Test methods
6.1 Appearance inspection shall be carried out by visual inspection and hand feeling. 6.2 Use general or special measuring instruments for dimensions, pressure, temperature, and weight. 6.3 The reliability mileage and road distribution during the chassis finalization test shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.1 of JB4030.2. 6.4 The reliability driving test conditions of the chassis, the measurement of main structural parameters and technical characteristic parameters and the test methods should comply with ZBT50003 regulations.
6.5 The chassis periodic inspection and test procedures shall be in accordance with ZBT50002. 6.6 Frame stress measurement shall be carried out according to the requirements in GB6068.4 or with simulated load. 6.7 Oil leakage inspection should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix E of QCn29008.1. 6.8 The inspection and evaluation of the body paint coating shall be in accordance with the requirements of QCn29008.7 truck model requirements, and the paint film fastness shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB9286. 6.9 The use of headlights and beam adjustment shall be adjusted and tested in accordance with GB7454. 6.10 The inspection and evaluation of the rainproof and dustproof sealing of the cab shall be in accordance with the requirements of QCm29008.6 truck model. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Type test

8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
