JB/T3238-1999
This standard is revised on the basis of JB3238-83 "Imaging Level Meter". The technical content of this standard is consistent with that of JB3238-83, and it has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. This standard replaces JB3238-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Measuring Tools and Meters. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shenyang Level Meter Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Yang Bowu and Song Chuang. This standard was first issued in 1983.

Imaging Level Meter
JB/T3238-1999
Replaces JB3238-83
This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of the imaging level with a graduation value of 0.01mm/m and a graduation range of 0~10mm/m or 0~20mm/m. This standard is applicable to the imaging level used to measure the horizontal position and small inclination of machine tools and other types of equipment and parts. 2
This standard adopts the following definitions. Www.bzxZ.net
2.1 Imaging Level
It is a level meter with a base measuring surface, a micrometer screw pair to adjust the bubble of the level relative to the base measuring surface, and an optical principle of imaging reading.
2.2 Graduation value
refers to the inclination of the coincident level when the indexing disk rotates one scale. This inclination is expressed as the ratio of the inclination height to the base with a reference length of 1m, and the unit is mm/m. 2.3 Zero position
When the coincident level is in a horizontal position, the ideal bubble position (the bubble should be symmetrical with the midpoint of the scale range) is called the zero position. At this time, the image of the level bubble formed by the prism and magnifying glass should be a smooth arc. 2.4 Zero position deviation
The reading value that deviates from the zero position.
3 Type and size
3.1 The type of the coincident level is shown in the figure below (the figure is for illustration only and does not show the detailed structure). Dividing plate micrometer explosion rod
Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999 Level bubble

JB/T3238-1999
3.2 The basic dimensions of the combined level are. The length of the T working surface is 166mm, and the angle of the V-shaped groove is 120°4 Technical requirements
4.1 There shall be no rust, bumps, scratches and other defects on the working surface of the combined level and other defects that affect the use. 4.2 The painted surface should be beautiful, without paint peeling, scratches and other defects, and other exposed non-working surfaces shall not have obvious defects such as rust, etc. 4.3 The micrometer screw should be smooth when rotating, and there shall be no jamming or jumping. 4.4 When the micrometer screw rotates evenly, the bubble should move smoothly in the level bubble without stagnation and jumping. 4.5 The scale lines and numbers on the dial and the scale plate should be even and clear, and the bubble image should be clear. 4.6 The distance from the upper edge of the dial edge to the surface of the indicator disk shall not be greater than 0.5mm. 4.7 The flatness of the working surface shall not be greater than 0.003mm and shall not be convex. 4.8 The zero position deviation of the working surface shall not be greater than 1/4 of the scale value, and the zero position deviation of the V-shaped working surface shall not be greater than 1/2 of the scale value. 4.9 When the combined image level deflects +5° around the horizontal axis, the change in its indication shall not exceed 1/2 of the scale value. 4.10 When any "mm/m" scale line on the scale plate coincides with its index line, the non-coincidence between the zero scale line of the 0.01mm/m scale and its index line shall not exceed 10 scale marks.
4.11 The indication error of the coincident level relative to the "zero" scale shall not be greater than 0.02mm/m in the entire measuring range; and shall not be greater than 0.01mm/m in the range of +1mm/m starting from the "zero" scale. 4.12 The maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R, of the T. working surface of the coincident level is 0.32um, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R, of the V-shaped T. working surface is 0.63um.
4.13 The hardness of the T. working surface of the coincident level is 45~50HRC. 5 Marking and packaging
5.1 The coincident level shall be marked with
a) the manufacturer's name or registered trademark;
b) the graduation value and graduation range.
5.2 The packaging box must have the following marks:
a) product name;
b) the manufacturer's name and registered trademark.
5.3 The coincidence level should be treated with anti-rust treatment before packaging, and it should be well packaged and moisture-proof measures should be taken. 5.4 The coincidence level should be accompanied by the following when leaving the factory:
a) Product certificate;
b) Product manual.
5.5 The packaging box is packed in a packaging box, and the packaging box is lined with moisture-proof paper. The space between the packaging boxes is filled with dry and soft materials (such as wood shavings, paper strips, etc.). The outside of the packaging box is sealed tightly to ensure that it can prevent moisture and sand erosion during long-distance transportation or storage. "Handle with care" should be marked on the packaging box.
5.6 The warehouse for storing the coincidence level should be dry, clean, and have a moderate room temperature, and the anti-rust effect should be checked regularly. 2
