4. Technical requirements
4.7 Chain and accessories materials
4.1.1 The anchor chain and accessories are made of M1, M2 and M3 grade chain steel. The steel part of the anchor chain is layered killed steel. Its chemical composition should comply with the provisions of Table 4, and its mechanical properties should comply with the provisions of Table 5. Table 4
