QB/T 1466-2000
This standard is a revision of QB/T1466-1992 "Complete Shoe Polish". The main technical differences between this standard and QBT1466-1992 are as follows: the pH index of the original standard is revised, and the test methods of gloss increase value, heat resistance, cold resistance and other indicators are revised to meet the development requirements of leather shoe polish products.
Based on the requirements of market economic development, more standardized adaptation is made to product specifications, marking, packaging, storage, etc.
This standard was proposed by the National Light Industry Administration Bureau: This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Toothpaste Product Standardization Center. The main drafting units of this standard are: Shanghai Johnson Co., Ltd., National Toothpaste and Wax Products Standardization Center, Hangzhou Chemical Products Factory, and Qierbin Haven Finishing Chemicals Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Gan Lin, Ma Banjie, Fang Zhengpeng, and Ding Jingyun. From the implementation of this standard, the original industry standard QBT1466-1992 "Leather Shoes" issued by the industry will be abolished. W Scope

5.1 Specifications
5.1. 1 Solvent-based shoe polish
Take 2 boxes of samples, open the boxes, remove the aluminum foil (if any), the body is slippery in the morning, and smell it in the evening. 5.1.2 Emulsified shoe polish
Take 2 samples, squeeze out about 10mm of each body and discard them, open the boxes and take out more; 50mm high body on the filter, observe the surface of the body, then open the box again, and analyze the paste in the morning. Smell it. 5.2 Evaluation
5.2.1 Instruments

) Cotton cloth 24cm×2Qcml (compression 4): medical shape sea blooming tour, test cloud reading heart.
Position: Use the sea-end tabletop approved by Shanghai Quality Standard Products Co., Ltd., standard size Q/S1001-1998. 5. 2. 2 Determination step: Fix the test piece flat on the light belt surface with transparent tape, then use 60" light to polish the test piece at 10 points in a 10cm×10cm1 mold, take the average value, which is the blank test piece light value. Weigh 0.3g of the product on a sponge (if it is a pain-free shoe, first wet the sponge with 0.2g of 200 solvent gasoline), use a seaweed to evenly inject the energy on the test board, and then wipe the remaining energy on a cotton cloth until it is completely dry, with a maximum of 3 hours as the standard (no more than 12 hours). Polish the test piece with a silicone oil polisher (about 200 times back and forth). Then return to the test space and measure the 10 points to get the selected value: calculate the average Calculate the gloss value using formula (1). Then polish with a shoe polisher for 2 minutes (about 200 strokes), and measure and calculate the gloss value at these 10 points: wipe the test leather with gasoline to make its gloss value return to between 7 and 20. Repeat the test 4 times. The highest value among the 4 calculations is the gloss value of the sample. 5.2.3 Calculate the gloss value using formula

Solvent-type oil (iron basin shoe polish)
Remove the sample cover and place it in an incubator at (40+2)°C. After keeping it for 24 hours, open the box cover immediately, remove the aluminum box (if any, quickly place the iron basin on the 45' bracket, and observe whether the oil leaks after 2 minutes. (For shoe polish with a mold on the surface, the solvent overflowed from the mold condenses on the mold and flows down. The small amount of solvent does not count as leakage. b) Emulsified oil (hose)
Squeeze out about [0mm] of the soft shoe polish and discard it. After tightening the nozzle, put it into a constant temperature box at (40-2): After keeping it for 24 hours, take it out and open it immediately. Put the shoe polish quickly on the 4s" bracket with the nozzle facing downward. After 2 minutes, observe whether the ointment flows out. Then squeeze out about 50mm on the filter paper and observe whether the ointment is separated. 6.6 Cold resistance

5.6.2 Measurement of step frequency
a) Powdered shoe polish (iron box fresh oil)
Cover the sample tightly and put it in a constant temperature box at (-10 ± 2) for 24 hours. After returning to room temperature, use soft shoe polish to rub on leather shoes to observe whether it can be used normally. b) Chemical shoe polish (soft hose oil)
Squeeze out 10mm of soft hose shoe polish, unscrew the cover and change to a constant temperature box at (-10 ± 2) for 24 hours. Return to room temperature, squeeze out about 50mm on filter paper, and observe whether there is any separation or other changes. 5.7 Content of non-transient substances

Take the sample after the determination of non-volatile matter, reheat and put it into the grease cup. Before the residual sample is completely solidified, install the grease cup containing the negative test sample in the side tube of the calorimeter, scrape off the squeezed sample with a knife, and cool it in a refrigerator for 20 inches. Insert the thermometer with the fat cup (filled with sample) into the test tube (with filter paper inside the test tube), make the bottom of the fat cup 25mm away from the test tube, put the test tube into the beaker, fix it vertically with a bracket, and keep the bottom of the test tube 10mm-20mm away from the bottom of the cup. Then pour distilled water into the beaker, immerse the tube 120mm~150mm into the water, heat the water in the beaker with a lamp or a small electric stove under the flame, when the temperature on the beaker rises to about 20℃ of the preset dropping point, control the heating rate to make it rise 10m, and then drip out of the small hole of the fat cup of the measuring instrument. 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1 Each batch of products shall be inspected before delivery. After inspection and classification, the products can be delivered only after the packaging is accompanied by the product certificate.
t.2 Factory inspection items include inductivity, net content, heat resistance, cold resistance and value. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection items include water and packaging quality. 6.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following situations. a) New product trial production stage:
b) After production, when the original technology and process have changed significantly c) After the product has been stopped for a long time;
d) Every 6 months in normal production
t) When the national quality supervision agency conducts type inspection according to the requirements. 6.3 Samples and qualified judgment numbers
6.3.1 The amount of material fed at one time is considered a batch. 6.3.2 Randomly select 2~3 boxes from each batch of products, and select 10 samples from a special box for inspection. 6.3.3 All physical and chemical indicators are considered qualified for each batch. If there is a dispute over an indicator, the two parties should share samples for inspection, and the re-inspection result shall prevail. The main indicators that affect the quality of the internal performance (proper tightening and flexible closing; the hose cover is tightly matched with the hose, and the first product has no oil concentration) in the filter, quality tolerance and packaging quality should be more than 5%, and the secondary indicators should be more than 15%. If the unqualified indicators are not met, double the number of samples should be taken again to re-test the unqualified indicators. If they are still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
