Design: T. is 3mm, the magnetic shadow distance should not be less than 2300mT, T. is 15mm, the magnetic induction intensity should not be less than 99mT. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The magnetic separator should comply with the requirements of this standard and be prepared according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 All parts must be inspected and qualified: purchased parts and cooperative parts must have a certificate of qualification before assembly. .3 The magnetic separator should work normally under the following conditions a) The particle size of the material is 0.074~3.000mm, and the specific chemical coefficient should not be less than 40×10cmg: b) The moisture content of the material should not be less than 0.5%;
) The environmental temperature should not exceed 40℃.
4.4 The magnetic pole disc shall be made of pure iron DT3 for electrical engineering, and its chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GBT9971. The parts shall be free of defects such as sand holes and pores.
4.5 The coil must be subjected to a pressure test at a frequency of 50Hz and a test voltage of 1500Y for 1min without breakdown or flashover. 4.6 The polarity of the middle magnetic pole of the mother magnetic roller shall be different from that of the magnetic poles on both sides. The polarity of the magnetic poles after assembly shall be different, as shown in Figure 1.

5 Test method

6. Inspection classification
The chuck separator is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 The magnetic separator shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. When it leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by documents proving that the product is qualified in quality. 6.2.2 The following items shall be inspected:
1) The polarity of the magnetic pole in 4.6 of the selection standard;
b) The magnetic strength when the interval film is mm in Table 1 of this standard;
c) The smoothness of the magnetic prying operation in 4.7 of this standard;
d) The withstand voltage test of the line diagram in 4.5 of this standard;
d) The maximum allowable temperature rise of the micro-photograph diagram in each standard table. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out on the following situations: a) When new products or old products are transferred to production for appraisal: 1) When the product structure, materials and process have been significantly changed after normal production; 2) When the production is resumed after a long-term shutdown; 3) When the results of the factory inspection are very different from those of the last inspection; 4) When the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection request. 6.3.2 Type inspection items include all requirements of this standard, JB/T9039-199
6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out on one unit of the products that meet the inspection requirements. If the inspection fails, double batch inspection shall be carried out. Marking, label and instruction manual

7.2 The magnetic separator should be equipped with a product manual, and its contents should comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. 7.3 The packaging mark of the magnetic separator should include the shipping packaging receipt and delivery mark, the packaging transportation map mark, and should comply with the provisions of GAT63%, G191.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
8. The magnetic separator should be sealed and ventilated and rainproof. 8.2 The following technical documents are attached to the magnetic separator: a) Product certificate or quality certificate

83 There should be obvious textual markings on the outer wall of the closed box, and it should comply with the provisions of 7.1: its contents include) the name of the receiving station and the receiving unit;

d) gross weight, net weight, box number and overall dimensions; e) center of gravity, starting point, and transportation conditions. 84 The packaging and shipment of the magnetic separator should comply with the requirements of land and water transportation. 8.5 The manufactured machine should be stored in a warehouse or in a well-ventilated, waterproof and sunlight-proof place. 6 The exposed surface of the machine should be treated with rust and anti-corrosion treatment, and wrapped with deep vinyl chloride plastic film.
