General technical conditions for packaging of electromechanical products
Vacuum pump model compilation method
3.1 The steam flow vacuum pump specified in this standard is a metal multi-stage accumulator with water cooling the pump wall. 3.2 The structural type of the inlet and exhaust flanges of the steam flow vacuum pump shall comply with the provisions of GB6070. 3.3 There should be no flange bolt holes on the center line between the air inlet and the exhaust port of the diffusion vacuum pump. 4 Specifications and basic parameters
4.1 Diffusion vacuum pumps are divided into nine specifications according to the air inlet diameter, and their basic parameters should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2 Diffusion jet vacuum systems are divided into seven specifications according to the air inlet diameter, and their basic parameters should comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.3 The steam flow vacuum pump shall work continuously and reliably under the following conditions: a. The working environment temperature is 5~30℃; b. The relative humidity is not more than 85%; c. The cooling water outlet temperature does not exceed 40℃. 5.4 The pump body and its welds must ensure airtightness, and the pressure increase rate shall not be greater than the following values: a.
Diffusion vacuum pump body: 3×10*Pa/min: Diffusion radiated vacuum pump body: 1.8Pa/min. 5.5 The saturated steam pressure of the working liquid of the steam flow vacuum pump at 20℃ should be lower than the following values: Diffusion vacuum pump oil: 2.5×10-*Pa;
b. Diffusion jet vacuum pump oil: 2.5×10\Pa, 5.6 The vacuum rubber seal ring used for the pump should comply with the provisions of GB6070.5. 5.7 The live part of the heater and its shell should be reliably insulated, and its insulation resistance should be greater than 5MA, and it can withstand 50Hz, 1000V AC voltage for 1min without being broken down,
5.8 The non-heating surface of the heater and the surrounding of the boiler should have a normal thermal insulation layer. 5.9 Each product should be equipped with the following vulnerable spare parts: a.

6.1 Performance measurements shall be carried out according to the test methods specified in GB6307.1, GB6307.2, GB7775 and GB7776. 6.2 Each product must pass the inspection before it can leave the factory, and a quality certificate shall be attached. 6.3 Product inspection is divided into:
Factory inspection;
Type inspection.
6.4 Each product must undergo factory inspection, and the items are: a.

Return rate (diffusion vacuum image creation product inspection item). 6.6 When the product belongs to one of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out; a. New products produced on trial;
b. When there are major changes in the design process or materials used. 6.7 For type inspection of mass-produced products, 1 to 2 units shall be sampled for each batch according to product specifications. If there are unqualified ones, double sampling shall be carried out. If there are unqualified ones again, all products in the batch shall be inspected. 3
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

7.1 Products shall be equipped with signs, and their production shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The contents include the following items: 8.

Product name and model:
Main parameters: ultimate pressure, pumping rate, heating power and voltage; product number and date of manufacture.
7.2 The air inlet and outlet of the product must be sealed with blind plates, and no residual water should remain in all water cooling parts. 7.3 The following technical documents should be accompanied by the product when it leaves the factory: a.

7.4 The transport packaging mark should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.5 The packaging of the product should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. The product should not be subjected to severe vibration during transportation and storage, and should be placed in a well-ventilated room. 7.6
