1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the product technical requirements, test methods and acceptance rules for hydraulic lifters of agricultural tractors. This standard applies to hydraulic lifters of hydraulic suspension systems of agricultural tractors. 2 Reference standards

The hydraulic lifter of the tractor shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2
The parts and components of the hydraulic lifter shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. All parts and components must be inspected and qualified before they can be assembled. 3.3
The surface of the casting shall be smooth and flat, the transition of the fillet shall be smooth and natural, and the surface of the weld shall be flat. 3.4
The inner surface of the hydraulic lifter housing and the surface of its internal castings shall be thoroughly sanded. 3.5
3.6 All parts shall be thoroughly cleaned before assembly. 3.7
During assembly, seals and precision parts must not be damaged. 3.8 Surface painting should comply with the provisions of NJ226. After the non-machined surface of the lifter shell is coated with alkyd primer, the outer surface is coated with alkyd enamel according to the color required by the order.
3.9 The hydraulic lifter should not have external leakage. 3.10
The hydraulic lifter operating mechanism should be light and flexible, with moderate tightness, and the lifting handle operating force should not exceed 70N. When the oil temperature in the oil tank is not higher than 80°C, the hydraulic lifter should be able to work normally. 3.11
The set pressure of the system safety valve and the cylinder safety valve should comply with the factory specified value. 3.13
The hydraulic lifter is connected to the corresponding three-point suspension device. The maximum lifting force and lifting stroke of the full stroke should reach the specified values in the tractor manual, but the wheeled tractor shall not be lower than the provisions of GB1593.1, GB1593.2 and GB1593.4. The lifting time and static settlement value shall not be lower than the provisions of NJ80 and NJ388.
3.14 The hydraulic lifter shall complete 300,000 full-stroke lifting reliability tests on the bench. During the test, no failure is allowed. If damage is found, the cause shall be found and improved and retested until all parts withstand 300,000 cycle tests. After the test, all parts can continue to be used and wear is normal. The static settlement value of 30min should not be greater than 20% of the lifting stroke, and the rotation angle of the control handle at the zero position of the fan plate required to achieve the maximum lifting stroke shall not be greater than 3°. 3.15 If the user complies with the installation, maintenance and use specified in the instruction manual, within 15 months from the date of delivery of the hydraulic lifter (not exceeding 2000 hours of tractor working time), if the hydraulic lifter is damaged or fails to work normally due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge.
4 Test method
4.1 Test conditions
4.1.1 The hydraulic pump and flow rate, suspension device and filter device used in the test shall be the same as those when matched with the main engine, and other parts of the test equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB3766.
4.1.2 The oil temperature in the oil tank during the performance test is 65±5℃, and the oil temperature during the reliability test is 80±5℃. The filtration accuracy of the test oil is the same as that of the hydraulic system of the matching main engine. 4.1.3
The test oil shall comply with the hydraulic oil or hydraulic transmission dual-purpose oil specified in the tractor instruction manual. 4.1.4
4.1.5 The pressure gauge for measuring oil pressure should be installed as close as possible to the safety valve of the hydraulic lift system. 4.1.6 If the hydraulic lift test is carried out on a tractor, the front and rear axles of the tractor should be supported on a rigid bracket. In addition to meeting the above conditions, the test conditions should also comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB3871.4. 4.2 Test instruments and equipment and parameter measurement accuracy The main instruments and equipment required for this test and the measurement accuracy of each parameter should be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 3 of GB3871.4. When performing precision measurement of parts and adjusting fitting clearances, the measurement accuracy of linear dimensions shall be consistent with the accuracy requirements of the measured dimensions. 4.3 Factory bench test

4.4 Type test
When no load is applied, the operating handle is raised and lowered 3 to 5 times; when the applied load is the maximum lifting force corresponding to the full stroke.3 Requirement

According to GB3871.4 Article 5.3: According to Article 5.4 of GB3871.4, observations shall be made at the same time as the above tests. The items and methods of type tests are as follows: 4.4.1 Maneuverability test: It shall comply with Article 3.13 of this standard. The settling time and static settlement value shall be determined by each manufacturer, but the static settlement index shall meet Article 3.13 of this standard. It shall comply with Article 3.9 of this standard. It shall be carried out in accordance with Article 1 of Table 1; the lifting handle operating force shall be measured in accordance with the method specified in Article 5.3 of GB3871.4. 4.4.2 Maximum lifting force test: It shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in Article 5.2 of GB3871.4. 4.4.3 The measurement of lifting time and lifting stroke shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in Article 5.3 of GB3871.4. 2
4.4.4 Static Settlement Test

Perform in accordance with the method specified in Article 5.4 of GB3871.4 4.4.5 Reliability Test
Perform a full-stroke lifting test on the bench for 300,000 times, with the load applied to the suspension device being 90% of the maximum lifting force of the full stroke, and the lifting frequency being not less than 6 times per minute. After the test, the tests in Articles 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 shall be carried out, and all parts shall be inspected. 4.4.6 External Leakage Inspection
Observe while conducting the above tests.
4.5 Sorting out Test Results
Fill in the hydraulic lifting capacity, static settlement value, performance retest after reliability test, and wear measurement results in Table 2 and Table 5. The maximum lifting force for the entire stroke in Table 2 is the corrected value based on the correction formula in Article 6.1 of GB3871.4. 5.1.1 Each assembled hydraulic lifter must undergo a factory bench test. The test items and methods are shown in Table 1. 5.1.2 Hydraulic lifters shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and a product quality certificate shall be attached when leaving the factory. 5.2 Type test
5.2.1 When the mass-produced hydraulic lifters undergo type test, two units shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and both shall be tested in accordance with Articles 4.4.1 to 4.4.4. One of them shall be selected for the test in Article 4.4.5. The test results shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 or the classification standard of the product. 5.2.2 When a new product or a product with significant improvements is subjected to type testing, the test items, test methods and number of test samples shall be the same as Article 5.2.1 of this standard.
The test results shall comply with the requirements of the design brief, but shall not be lower than the provisions of Chapter 3, and the product is considered to be finalized. 5.2.3 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections on the products received, and the test items can be selected from the provisions of Article 4.4. The sample size, quality level and inspection level of the random inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The specific sampling plan and judgment rules may use the quality classification standard of the product or be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
6. Marking, packaging, storage
Hydraulic lifters should have labels with clear handwriting, and should be installed properly and firmly. The following contents should be marked: product name;
Manufacturer name;
Product model;
Safety width adjustment pressure range;
Factory number;
Manufacture year and month.
6.2 Packaging
Hydraulic lifters should be packed with the following documents: product certificate;
b. Installation and operating instructions for lifters;
All documents should be placed in plastic bags and packed. The number of manuals for the same batch of lifters does not need to be the same as the number of products, but a certificate must be attached to each unit.
6.2.2When packing, the specified accessories, spare parts and special tools should be packed into the box together with the lifters, and a packing list should be attached. 4

6.2.3 During packaging, all exposed threaded parts shall be protected, dust and moisture proof measures shall be taken inside the packaging box, the packaging materials shall be moisture proof, and the packaging must be reliable.
The following contents shall be marked on the outside of the packaging box, and its graphic marks shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.2.4

Gross weight;
Overall dimensions;
Shipment address and consignee;
Transportation precautions;
Packing year, month, and day.
6.3 Storage
6.3.1 The product shall be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse free of acid and alkali gas corrosion, and shall not be stored in the open air. Under normal storage conditions, the product shall be guaranteed to have an effective anti-rust period of 12 months. 6.3.2
