5 Inspection rules

5.1 The quality of the product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The product shall not be allowed to leave the factory without inspection. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a product certificate, and the products shall be inspected by batch, and the representative sample of each batch shall not exceed 50t.5.2 The sample of the product shall be randomly sampled by the quality inspection department. The number of sampling units is three times the cube root of the total number of units in the product packaging barrels, that is, 3. × VN (N is the total number of barrels). If there is a decimal, it will be rounded up to an integer. The number of sampling units shall not be less than 10 barrels. Take out a total of about 3L of samples from the opened barrels evenly, mix them thoroughly and evenly, and divide them into test samples, test samples and reserved samples by reduction method. The above samples are put into sample bottles in stages and sealed, and labeled with product name, model, batch number, representative plate, sampling date, sampler, etc. The reserved samples need to be kept for years for future reference. 5.3 If the product inspection results are unqualified, the inspection equipment, instruments, meters, chemical reagents, etc. should be checked and calibrated, and then re-inspected. If the inspection results are still unqualified, it is allowed to re-sample and inspect according to Article 5.2 of this standard. If it is unqualified again, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified.
5.4 If there is a dispute between the supply and settlement parties over the quality of the product, the purchaser has the right to re-inspect according to the inspection method specified in this standard. If necessary, please ask the relevant units to undertake arbitration.
6 Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1A109 ammonia synthesis catalyst products should be packed in plastic containers. When packing, pay attention to sealing and attach a product quality certificate. The certificate should include: product name, model, standard number, batch number, particle size, net weight, manufacturer name, etc.
6.2 The packaging should be black and have obvious signs. The contents include: manufacturer name, product name, model, batch number, particle size, net weight, trademark, and clearly indicate the drawings of Figures 6 and 8 in GB-191. 63 The packaged products should be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent pollution and moisture. 6.4 Rolling and collision are strictly prohibited during transportation and loading and unloading. Rainproof facilities should be provided during transportation. Note:
