This standard specifies the basic requirements for the permissible deviation of the frequency of the power system and its measuring instruments. This standard applies to power systems with a nominal frequency of 50Hz under normal operation. This standard does not apply to the permissible frequency deviation of electrical equipment. This standard applies to power systems with a nominal frequency of 50Hz under normal operation. This standard does not apply to the permissible deviation of the frequency of electrical equipment. 2 Terms 2.1 Frequency deviation frequencydeviation The difference between the actual value and the nominal value of the system frequency. 2.2 Frequency variation frequencyvariation The difference between adjacent extreme frequencies during frequency variation. 2.3 Impact load impactload GB/T15945-1995 A load that periodically or non-periodically takes rapidly changing power from the power grid during production (or operation). 3 Allowable value of frequency deviation 3.1 The allowable value of normal frequency deviation of the power system is ±0.2Hz. When the system capacity is small, the deviation value can be relaxed to ±0.5Hz. 3.2 The system frequency change caused by user impact load shall generally not exceed +0.2Hz. The limit value may also be appropriately changed according to the nature and size of the impact load and the conditions of the system, but the safety, stable operation and normal power supply of the nearby power grid, generator sets and users shall be guaranteed. 4 Measuring instruments Measurements used for frequency deviation index evaluation must use digital automatic recording instruments with statistical functions, and their absolute error shall not exceed 0.01Hz. Additional notes: This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Voltage, Current and Frequency Standardization. This standard is drafted by the National Standard Working Group for "Permissible Deviation of Frequency of Power Quality Power System".
