Foreword
This standard is a revision of GB9053-88 "Stabilized Light Hydrocarbons". The main contents of this revision include:
1. Added a preface to the drink;
2. Added the definition of stable light hydrocarbons:
3. The latest standards that are more suitable for stable light hydrocarbons are adopted in the cited standards in Chapter 2. The sampling method used SY/T0543-94 instead of GB4756--84. The distillation method used GB/T6536-1997 instead of GB6536-88; GB 150--1998 was added;
After standard cleaning and rectification, the reference number of the standard There have also been changes, so corresponding adjustments have been made; 4. Added Chapter 6.4 Judgment Rules for the Quality of Stable Light Hydrocarbon Products in Chapter 6 Inspection Rules. This standard will be implemented from September 1, 1998. From the effective date of this standard, Appendix A, which replaces GB9053-88, is the standard appendix.

6.1 This product should be inspected according to technical requirements. Saturation vapor pressure, extended range, mechanical impurities and moisture items must be inspected for each batch of delivery. Stainless steel corrosion items shall be randomly inspected once a month. 6.2 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with SY/T543-94. The delivery unit shall determine the quality according to the sampling test results of the storage tank or specified transfer point of the shipped product. If it is qualified, the product shall be issued and a product quality certificate shall be issued. Certificate of conformity and product mark card. 6.3 The receiving unit has the right to randomly inspect the quality of the issued products. If it is found that the quality of the product does not meet the requirements of this standard, it may request re-inspection of the retained samples and use the analysis results of the retained samples as the basis for arbitration. The samples are kept for three months. 6.4 The main indicators of the product include saturated vapor pressure, distillation range, sulfur content, mechanical impurities and moisture. If any one of them is unqualified, the product is unqualified. If both copper sheet corrosion and color indicators are unqualified, the product is unqualified. The product is unqualified. 7 Storage, transportation and marking of the product
The storage, transportation and marking of this product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Appendix of the standard recommendation). 8Others
When the purchaser makes changes to this product. When certain petrochemical raw materials have special requirements, they can be implemented according to the agreement and contract requirements between the supplier and the buyer. 23

Appendix A
(Standard Appendix)||tt| |Regulations on the storage, transportation and marking of stabilized light hydrocarbons
These regulations apply to the storage, transportation and marking of stabilized light hydrocarbon products. A1 Storage and transportation containers
A1.1 This product must be packed in a container that complies with relevant regulations. Sealed oil tanks, oil tank cars (gasoline tank cars, railway tank cars), oil ships, iron drums and other containers must be steel pressure vessels for No. 1 products. For No. 2 products, atmospheric pressure sealed containers can be used. The design, manufacture, installation, use, maintenance, etc. of storage and transportation containers must comply with the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels" issued by the State Administration of Labor (1990) No. 8 and GB150--1998% Steel Pressure Vessels. relevant regulations. A1.3 The management regulations for pressure tank cars should comply with the "Safety Supervision Regulations for Liquefied Gas Tank Cars" issued by the Ministry of Labor (1994) No. 262 and the "Liquefied Gas Railway Safety Regulations" issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry (87) Biochemical No. 1174 Tank Truck Safety Management Regulations. A2 Storage
A2.1 This product should be stored in a tank area, tank station, and warehouse. Barrel No. 2 product can also be stored in a well-ventilated storage room or under an awning. The floor plan and buildings (structures) must comply with relevant safety and fire protection regulations, and complete fire protection, lightning protection, explosion-proof, anti-static, water spray and other facilities must be installed A2.2 Tank areas, tank stations, storage warehouses, Oil drum storage yards, loading yards, etc. should be equipped with warning signs saying "No Fireworks", and it is strictly forbidden to bring in fire sources and kindling: the exhaust pipes of cars and tankers entering the site must be equipped with fire extinguishers. , other vehicles are prohibited from entering. A2.3 Oil-filled iron barrels can be stacked with wooden pads or wooden boards on the ground. The volume of each stack should not exceed 50m. Generally, it can be placed in 2 to 3 layers, and the stacking distance should not be less than 2m:
A2 .4 When storing this product, the storage temperature of the product in the normal pressure container should not exceed 38°C, and the storage temperature of the product in the pressure vessel should not exceed 50°C. Otherwise, appropriate cooling and insulation measures should be taken. A3 Transportation
43.11 Product No. 1 should be pressurized by pumps and transported through pipelines. The pressure in the receiving tank at the end of the pipeline should be controlled to be 100~150 kPa higher than the saturated vapor pressure of the product.
A3.2 When this product is transported by tanker, No. 1 The product must be transported using a pressure tank truck that is suitable for the saturated vapor pressure of the product. If such a tank truck is not available yet, a liquefied petroleum gas tank truck can be used instead. For No. 2 products, current gasoline tank trucks or gasoline iron drums can be used for transportation. .A3.3. The unit that provides containers shall ensure that it provides clean pressure vessels that meet the requirements of these regulations. The shipping unit should accept its "factory certificate" or *inspection certificate, and it must be filled within the validity period of use. If there is a dispute over the determination of the degree of qualification, it will not be filled. A3.4 For No. 1 products, it must be Use closed loading and unloading methods. For No. 2 products, close loading and unloading should be used as much as possible. When conditions are not met, the oil loading pipe should be extended to the bottom of the tank to fill the oil, and the gas at the top of the tank should be led to a safe place for discharge. All crane tubes must be electrostatically grounded. A3.5 The maximum filling volume of this product must not exceed 85% of the tank volume. A3.6 After filling the oil tanker, tanker, and oil drum, add a sealing gasket to the normal pressure container. Tighten the cap and close the valve of the pressure vessel to prevent leakage. The transportation department must carefully check the seals and protect them during storage and transportation to avoid accidents during loading and unloading. When opening and closing the cover and connecting the union, special non-fire tools must be used, and iron tools such as chisels and hammers must not be used to strike to avoid accidents
A3.8 See A1.3 for safety regulations during tank truck transportation. A3.9 When transported by tanker, the tanker must be equipped with anti-static, dry powder fire extinguisher and automobile smoke exhaust fire extinguisher. 21
