The mechanical noise of full load operation is not more than 80dB(A). 4.3.3 The conveyor can start and run normally under the condition of overload of 15%. It has an automatic overload protection function. 4.4 Requirements for main components 4.4.1 The conveyor chain should comply with the provisions of GB8350. 4.4.2 The tooth shape of the drive sprocket should comply with the provisions of GB8350. The mechanical properties of the sprocket material should not be lower than S45 steel, and the tooth surface quenching hardness should be 40~45HRC. 4.4.3 Track JB/T7014-93 The longitudinal straightness tolerance of the track is 1.5/1000, and should not exceed 3mm within a length of 6m. 4.5 Assembly requirements 4.5.1 Conveyor chain The joints of the finished conveyor chain should rotate flexibly without jamming. 4.5.2 Drive device The drive device should run smoothly without jamming, and the test noise should not exceed 75dB (A); a. b. For parallel drive devices, safety protection measures should be provided at one end of the belt drive. 4.5.3 Head wheel assembly a. The position tolerance of the tooth profiles of the two adjacent sprockets on the same side of the main shaft is 2mm; b. The finished head wheel assembly should rotate flexibly without jamming. 4.5.4 Tensioning device The sliding seat on the tensioning device should move flexibly without blocking. 4.6 Surface coating a. All steel materials should be pre-treated and should meet the Sa2% level in GB8923. Manual rust removal should meet the requirements of St2 level, and burrs, scale, welding slag and oil stains should be removed. b. All unprocessed surfaces and processed non-matching surfaces should be painted with anti-rust paint, and the exposed surfaces should be painted with topcoat twice. The topcoat should be smooth and uniform, with consistent color and firm adhesion. c. All matching exposed parts should be coated with anti-rust grease. d. The total thickness of the conveyor paint film should be 75-160μm, and the adhesion of the paint film should meet the requirements of Level 2 specified in GB9286. 4.7 Safety The conveyor should be equipped with an overload protection device, an automatic sound and light alarm device should be installed in the control system, and an accident emergency stop device should be installed for long-distance transportation. 4.8 Product life Under the conditions of use specified in the conveyor technical documents, the first overhaul period is 20,000 hours and the service life of the conveyor chain is 10 years. Quality assurance Under the conditions of the user complying with the transportation, custody, storage, installation and use requirements of the conveyor, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the operating time shall not exceed 12 months, and if the product is affected by poor quality or damaged, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge. 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 The parts of the conveyor must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's technical inspection department before they can leave the factory, and documents proving the quality of the product shall be attached when leaving the factory. 5.2 Track straightness test Place the track on a platform that meets the flatness technical requirements, and use a pull line and ruler to check the straightness of the track surface. 5.3 Conveyor chain ultimate tensile load test The conveyor chain ultimate tensile load test shall comply with the provisions of Article 1.4.1 of GB8350. 5.4 Conveyor chain length accuracy test The conveyor chain length accuracy test shall comply with the provisions of Article 1.4.2 of GB8350. 5.5 Conveyor chain rotation flexibility test Assemble a finished chain of not less than 1m, turn the roller by hand, and check the roller rotation flexibility. Use one end of the chain to bend freely, and check the rotation flexibility of each joint. 5.6 Driving device no-load test After the driving device runs no-load for 10 minutes, use a sound level meter to measure the noise of the driving device according to the rectangular hexahedron method specified in GB3768. 4 JB/T7014-93 Place the sound level meter on the contour line of the sprocket (or drive chain), 1m away from the sprocket (or drive chain), and measure the noise according to the A gear number. During the test, excluding the pulse peak, the difference between the total noise and the background noise should be greater than 3dB (A). The total noise minus the background noise correction value (see the table below) is the actual noise value of the driving device noise. Place the semi-finished head wheel assembly on the platform with the three tooth tips touching the ground, and measure the distance between the fourth tooth tip and the platform. 5.8 Test of tensioning device Turn the lead screw or nut on the tensioning device to check the movement flexibility of the sliding seat. 5.9 Test of paint film thickness Measure the paint film thickness with a magnetic thickness gauge. 5.10 Test of paint film adhesion The paint film adhesion shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB9286. 5.11 No-load and load test of the whole machine After on-site installation and commissioning, no-load and load tests shall be carried out. No-load operation shall be no less than 4 hours, and loaded operation shall be no less than 8 hours, and the running stability and mechanical noise of the whole machine shall be checked. 5.12 Factory test Before the conveyor leaves the factory, the following tests shall be carried out: a.
