National Standard of the People's Republic of China Iron-aluminum soft magnetic alloystechnical reguirements CB/T15004—94 Replaces CB203--88 This standard applies to cold-rolled strips and hot-rolled (forged) bars of iron-aluminum soft magnetic alloy 1J6 and warm-rolled strips of 1J12, 1J13.1J16. 1 Dimensions, shape 1.1 Dimensions 1.1.1 The dimensions and permissible deviations of alloy cold-rolled strips and hot-rolled (forged) bars shall conform to the relevant provisions of GH/T15001 General provisions for dimensions, shape, surface quality, test methods and inspection rules for soft magnetic alloys. 1. 1. 2 The dimensions and permissible deviations of warm-rolled strips shall conform to the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 0. 20 ~n.25 >0. 25·~0. 40 ≥0. 40~1. 00 1.2 Appearance Allowable deviation As much as possible, not more than Allowable deviationWww.bzxZ.net Not less than 1.2.1 The appearance of alloy cold-rolled strip and hot-rolled (forged) bar shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T15001. 1.2.2 Alloy warm-rolled strip shall be straight, and the sickle bend shall not be greater than 4mm per meter. The wave degree shall not be greater than 10mml per meter. The edge of the strip shall not be allowed to have serious cracks and cracks greater than 3mm. 2 Technical requirements 2.1 Grade and chemical composition The grade and chemical composition of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. When the magnetic properties of the alloy meet the requirements of Table 3 and Table 4, the chemical composition is allowed to deviate from the range specified in Table 2. Chemical composition, % Alloy grade 2.2 Refining method Approved by the State Administration of Technology Supervision on April 4, 19945 Not more than 5. 5 ~ 6. 5 11.6~12.4 12.8~-11. 0 15.5~16.3 Implemented on May 1, 1994 GB/T 15004--94 The alloy is smelted in a vacuum induction furnace. Other smelting methods that meet the requirements of this standard may also be used, but this should be noted in the quality certificate. 2.3 Delivery status The alloy material is delivered without heat treatment. 2.4 Magnetic properties The magnetic properties of the alloy sample after heat treatment (except iron loss) shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 and Table 4. Iron loss only provides data and is not used as a basis for judgment. For 1J16 alloy strips with a thickness of 0.2~<0.35mm, only the magnetic permeability po..m and preload He are tested. For 1J16 alloy strips with a thickness of 0.35~1.00mm, only the magnetic permeability 4 is tested. The other parameters only provide data and are not used as a basis for judgment. Table 3 At the same magnetic inductance intensity (A/m) thickness or product type cold-rolled strip hot-rolled (contact) steel 0.,10-0.50 The stress on the steel Bitceo shall not be less than the pre-correction force (at saturated inductive strength) and shall not be greater than Note: Pa.s5/d0 and Pum represent the magnetic inductance at a frequency of 400Ha, a micro-inductance peak of 0.75T and 1T respectively. Table 4 Magnetic permeability in 0.4A/0.8A/m magnetic field 0.20~1.00 0.20~1.00 0.20~0.35 0.35 ~-1.00 Magnetic permeability Maximum magnetostriction coefficient 35×10-6 Note: ①) The saturation magnetostriction coefficient α is measured with a magnetic field strength of (24 ~32)×10-A/m. ② The residual magnetic induction intensity is measured under a magnetic field of 2400A/m. 2.5 Surface quality At different magnetic field intensities (A/m) Magnetic induction Ba 200 Jiao force (under saturated avoidance induction stress intensity) The residual induction stress intensity is not greater than 2.5.1 The surface quality of alloy cold rail strip and hot-rolled (forged) ladder material shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T15001. 2.5.2 The surface of alloy warm-rolled strip shall not have large scratches and defects such as marks. 3 Test method The test method of alloy shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15001. 4 Quick inspection rules The inspection rules of alloy shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15001. 0.5 5 Packaging, marking and quality certificate GB/T1500494 The packaging, marking and quality certificate of alloy products shall comply with the relevant provisions of YB/T5242-93 General Provisions for Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate of Precision Alloys.
