ICS01.110 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T5054.7~5054.10-2001 Product Drawings and Design Documents Drawinganddesigndocumentofproduct2001-01-02issued StateMachinery Industry Bureau 2001-06-01implemented JB/T5054.8—2001 In accordance with the needs of enterprise management and computer technology under market economy conditions, JB/T5054.8-1991 "Management Measures for Common and Borrowed Parts of Product Drawings and Design Documents" was revised and divided into two standards, namely "Management Measures for Common Parts of Product Drawings and Design Documents" and "Management Measures for Borrowed Parts of Product Drawings and Design Documents". This standard is a revision of the content of the management of common parts in JB/T5054.8-1991 "Management Methods for Common Parts and Borrowed Parts in Product Drawings and Design Documents". The main changes are as follows: 1. This standard clarifies the conditions and methods for constituting common parts. 2. The method for compiling common part codes appeared in the form of Appendix A (reference parts) in the original standard. This standard is placed in the main text and has made more detailed provisions. 3. Chapter 3 "Definitions" is added, and "Code Application Methods" is added in Chapter 8. 4. Added Appendix A (Suggested Appendix) "Format of Application Form for General Parts". This standard partially replaces JB/T5054.8-1991 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Technical Product Documents. Drafting units of this standard: Kaifeng Air Separation Group Co., Ltd., China Machinery Industry Standardization Technical Association, Mechanical Science Research Institute, Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. Main drafters of this standard: Jiang Shisheng, Meng Xianpei, Yang Dongbai, Jiang Liqing. This standard was first issued in 1984 as JB/Z222-84, and was first revised to JB/T5054.8-91 in 1991. This is the second revision. 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China Product Drawings and Design Documents General Parts Management Measures DrawinganddesigndocumentofproductManagementmeans ofcommonpartJB/T5054.8—2001 Replaces JB/T5054.8—1991 This standard specifies the management methods for drawings and design documents of common parts (hereinafter referred to as common parts) of mechanical industrial products, including CAD drawings and design documents (hereinafter referred to as common parts drawings and documents) and the compilation method of common parts codes. This standard applies to the management of drawings and documents of common parts of mechanical industrial products. 2 Cited standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. JB/T5054.1—2000 JB/T 5054.3--2000 JB/T 5054.6—2000 JB/T5054.10—2001 3 Definitions General rules for product drawings and design documents Format of product drawings and design documents Change methods for product drawings and design documents Management rules for product drawings and design documents This standard adopts the definitions in JB/T5054.1. 4 Basic requirements 4.1 Inheriting existing parts and expanding the product's universality coefficient during product design can significantly improve Improve work efficiency, shorten product design, trial production, and production cycles, ensure quality, and reduce costs. Therefore, when designing and improving products, universal parts should be used as much as possible. 4.2 In order to establish a normal technical management order, the management of universal parts should be strengthened. The management of universal parts should comply with the provisions of Chapter 8. 5 Conditions and methods for the formation of universal parts 5.1 The formation of universal parts--generally has the following conditions: a) Approval by the technical person in charge is required; b) The applicable product range is large: c) There is a special code; d) Generally, it should be compiled into a drawing book. 5.2 The composition of universal parts can be made in the following ways: a) Borrowed parts with expanded scope of use are converted into universal parts: Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on January 2, 20018 Implementation on June 1, 2001 JB/T5054.82001 b) Parts with high universality and wide scope of use in products are converted into universal parts:) Based on the similar characteristics of existing seasonal parts, the parts with high occurrence rates of basic shapes and structural requirements are summarized and adjusted, and designed into universal parts. 6 Principles for selecting universal parts 6.1 Parts that can be widely used in cross-series products should be designed as universal parts as much as possible. 6.2 Universal parts can include standard parts, universal parts and purchased parts. 6.3 Universal parts should not include borrowed parts. 7 Numbering method for universal parts Universal parts should have a special code, which consists of uppercase Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals. The specific numbering method is determined by the enterprise. This standard recommends three methods. 7.1 When the product drawing is for general numbering and the number and type of universal parts are small, sequential numbering can be used. The representation method is as follows: xxx.xxx Sequence number Classification number (according to the provisions of the enterprise computer-aided management information classification and coding system) Universal part code (TL-universal parts: TB-universal components) 7.2 When the product drawing is for partial general numbering and the number and type of universal parts are large, partial classification numbering can be used. The expression method is as follows: Xx Sequence number Feature number (classified by material or part category, etc.) Classification number (according to the provisions of the enterprise computer-aided management information classification and coding system) Universal part code (TL-universal parts: TB-universal components) 7.3 When the product drawing is classified and the number and type of universal parts are large, the classification number can be used. The expression method is as follows: xxx: xxX Feature number (according to the original classification code of the part or component) Classification number (according to the provisions of the enterprise computer-aided management information classification and coding system) Universal part code (TL-universal parts: TB-universal components) 8 Management of universal parts 8.1 Application for universal parts After analyzing and demonstrating the structure, performance and scope of application of universal parts, fill in the universal part application form, which shall be reviewed by the competent department and submitted to the technical person in charge for approval by the standardization department1. The format of the universal part application form is shown in Appendix A (suggested appendix). 8.2 Universal part drawings and documents shall be signed by design, proofreading, review, process and standardization, and shall take effect only after approval. 8.3 The drawings and documents of common parts shall be sorted and filed in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5054.10. 8.4 The drawings and documents of common parts can be classified and summarized into a common parts drawing book (library) to compile a common parts summary table. Its format shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5054.3 and be sent to all relevant units for use. 9 JB/T 5054.82001 After the common parts are adopted, the production department shall arrange production according to the common parts drawings and documents and process documents. 8.5 8.6 Common parts can be registered, filed, queried, and summarized using computer database technology. 9 Changes to common parts 9.1 The drawings of common parts shall be strictly controlled for changes. When changes are necessary, they shall still maintain interchangeability and be approved by the competent department and filed by the standardization department. 9.2 The changes to the drawings of common parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/5054.6. 10bZxz.net A1 The format of the application form for common parts is shown in Figure A1.
