GIB/T2975—1998
Established standard equivalent to international standards S0377, 1W74 Copper and steel products - Mechanical properties test sampling location and sample preparation 3. The main technical content, such as application specifications, detailed preparation, sampling, etc. are the same as 5-door 377 cabinet. According to the specific situation in my country, the surface processing of the cutting is more detailed, and the horizontal processing of the longitudinal steel can be the most accurate. The standard is not in GB2975--B2 Material Mechanical and Process Performance Test Sampling Regulations. 1. Added the code and symbol to prove the material's condition, the product sequence sampling position is changed to square steel parts sampling information consistent with the national music standard, and some sampling positions of national, hexagonal, and steel are modified.
The implementation of the standard replaces 297-82 Steel Mechanical and Process Performance Test Stock The shadow A of this standard is the shadow of the loose standard;
The six standards are only the appendixes shown.
This standard is proposed by the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China: This standard is promoted by the National Zhengzhou Standard Promotion Technical Committee. This standard is issued in March 1982 by the following units: The former General Research Institute of Steel Industry, the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the former Ministry of Standardization, the latter ... The international standard draft passed by the technical committee shall be submitted to the members for voting. It needs to receive the consent of at least 75 members as shown in the table before it can be officially released as an international standard. The international standard [S0377:19] is formulated by the SC20 General Technical Conditions, Order and Mechanical Test Subcommittee of the 190/TC17 Steel Technical Committee. The second version of the standard replaces the first version (S0377:19) after the table is included in this part.

This standard revise the relevant data defined in GR/15574, including mechanical properties tests, sampling and test specimen preparation for steel, steel plates and steel pipes: with consultation between the supplier and the supplier, this standard may also be used for the sampling of other enterprise products. Good product certification must be carried out in accordance with the agreement on sampling. The current regulations should be followed: 2 Reference standards
The text of the standard contained in the following standard is quoted in the standard text. When the standard is published, the version shown is valid: New standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should use the new version of the following standard: GB/T15574:1999 Product Purchasing
3 Specifications and Special Numbers
This standard adopts the following meanings and symbols,
3.1 Definitions
3.1. Test unit catunut
Based on the product standard or the requirements of the company, the test is carried out on the sampled product. The parts of the product that are accepted for testing are called test units (see Figure 1).
3.1.2 Samples
The part (e.g. a piece of core) taken from the whole test unit is called the sampled product (see Figure 1). 3.1.3 Sample
In order to prepare a sample or a test specimen, the most sufficient material from the sampling station is called the sample. See Figure 2. In the sample, the sample is the sample product. 3.4 Rough aerimen
In order to prepare the test specimen, the sample is treated by mechanical treatment or required heat treatment. See Figure 11 for the sample. 3.1.5 Sample tasr picee

4-General requirements
4.1 When sampling in an irregular position of the product, there will be some differences in the mechanical properties. When sampling according to the characteristics specified in Appendix A of this standard, it is considered to be representative.
4.2 The appearance and size of the steel product should be consistent. The test material should have sufficient size to ensure that enough test specimens are machined for the required tests and repeats.
4.3 When mixing, the sample product, test material, sample and test specimen should be marked to ensure that the position and direction of the intended sampling are correct. 4.4 When sampling, overheating should be prevented. The mechanical properties will be affected by the firing method and cold shearing method. The remaining margin may be specified in Appendix K.
4.5 The method of collecting samples shall be specified by the product standard or the agreement between the two parties. 5.1 According to the provisions of the product standard, the sampling state is divided into the delivery state and the standard state. 5.2 When sampling in the delivery state, you can choose between the following two options: 1) Product shape and heat treatment results and sampling properties 6) If sampling before heat treatment. The sample is processed under the same conditions as the delivery product. When new samples are required, they should be processed in the cold state. Except as specified by the product standard, 5.3 When sampling in the standard state: sampling should be carried out at the production stage specified in the product standard or order. If the material is required to be hot-processed or cold-processed before heat treatment, the degree of heat treatment should be lower than the final heat treatment temperature. 5.3.1 The machine before heat treatment 1. When the heat treatment requires the material to be drawn for 1 hour, the product standard should specify the minimum temperature and the method of adding 1. 5.3.2 The above heat treatments shall be carried out in accordance with the product standards or order requirements. 6 Preparation of test specimens 6.1 When preparing test specimens, it is necessary to avoid hardening and overheating of the steel surface by machining to change its mechanical properties. The surface quality, shape and size of the test specimens shall meet the requirements of the test method standard. 6.2 When standard heat treatment is required, the heat treatment system of the test specimens shall be the same as that of the test specimens. A1 General requirements GA/T 2975-199B Appendix A (Supplementary effects of the standard) Location of sampling for mechanical properties tests of steel products A1.1 This appendix gives the sampling locations for the tensile, oil impact and deformation tests of steel plates, steel plates and steel pipes. A1. In addition to the sampling of the surface of the finished steel product, at least one bend test channel shall be reserved. When the machining and test capabilities allow, a full-section or full-length bend test specimen shall be prepared. 11.3 When more than one specimen is required, the center shall be designated for sampling. A2 steel
A2.1 Compensation Figure A1 Cut and place the impact specimen in the steel section under test. If the size of the pin is too small to meet the requirements, the sampling position shall be occupied by the center, and the displacement of the center shall be taken at one time.2 For a part with a thickness of less than 50m, when the machine and the test machine are allowed, the A2 cut single draw is placed; when the circular cross-section drawing sample is divided, it is determined according to Figure A2h. For a limited thickness of 5, the number of national horizontal war selections is selected according to Figure 2.
2.3 Continue with Figure 3 to cut and take punching samples in the direction of the steel section. 13.1 Figure A1 is the starting value sample position on the steel, when the machine and the test machine are allowed: according to Figure A4 sampling 13.2 Figure A> is selected on the steel, A3.3 Figure A6 is selected on the six direction position, when the machine and the test machine are allowed: continue with A). A3.4 Select the punching sample on the hexagonal steel according to Figure A7. 3.5 Mark the position on the rectangular cross-section steel according to Figure 3. A3.6 Cut the punching tooth tower according to Figure A9. A4 copper plate
A2.1 The tensile cover or punching single % should be taken at 1/4 of the width of the run right check, such as A1 and Figure A1: A4.2 For the cable rolled plate, when the product standard does not specify the sampling direction, the sample should be cut at 1/4 of the width of the plate. If the plate is too wide, the sample center can be moved inward. 3 The original direction of the sample should be cut according to the original direction of the sample. When the test machine capacity is noted, it should be cut according to the schedule A100. A2, 4, when the direction of the plate is taken, the position specified in the production standard or the supply and demand agreement is selected. A: 1. Select the position specified in Figure A.
