The main shape is nubby. With broken sections and sharp edges, the section size is less than half of the cross section. 3.5 Defects Void||The area of the inner hole of the smooth surface is not more than 10% of the cross-sectional area of the particle. 3.5.2 Shrinkage defer An inner hole with a horizontal dendritic surface or a hole-making area, the surface area of which is not more than 1% of the cross-sectional area of the particle. 3.5.3 A linear discontinuity defect, with an aspect ratio of 3:1 or more, a length exceeding 20% of the diameter or the smallest dimension of the particle, and in the form of a flare. Foreign matter Any material or particle that is non-abrasive and mixed with abrasive particles. 4 Abrasive marking High carbon cast steel shot and sand should be marked with abrasive GB/T [8838\ and the abbreviation \M/HCS\ for metallic high phosphorus cast steel abrasive. Then mark the symbol "S\ or \G" indicating the particle shape required to be purchased as shot or sand, and finally mark the three-digit number indicating the required grade or particle size. If the hardness of the material can be selected, the required particle Vickers hardness (HV) range should be specified. GRT18838M/HCS/S140 indicates a high phosphorus cast steel type all-metal abrasive that complies with the safety requirements of this part of GBT18838. The initial particle shape is shot shaped and the grade is 140 (i.e. the particle nominal size is 21.40 mm). Example 2: Abrasive GB/T18838M/HCS/G140/570-710HV GB/T18838.3—2008/1S011124-3:1993 indicates high carbon cast steel type metal abrasive. It meets the requirements of this part of GB/T18838, the initial particle shape is sand, the grade is 140 (i.e. the nominal size is 1.40mm). The hardness range is 570HV~710HV. It is necessary to indicate this complete product mark on the order form. Note 1: Tables 1 and 2 give the grade requirements and code regulations. The grade code is a number representing the approximate middle value or special diameter of each grade particle size range, expressed as the average value multiplied by 100. Note 2: Appendix A provides approximately equivalent grades and codes in other national standards commonly referenced for cast metal materials. 5. Shaft samples The samples shall be made in accordance with the provisions of GB/T19816.1-2005. Requirements for high carbon cast steel shot and sand abrasives The requirements for high carbon cast steel shot and sand abrasives shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Packaging marks and batch number marksbzxZ.net All supplies shall be clearly marked and identified in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4. Sales units (except containers, plugs, boxes, etc.) shall be clearly labeled with complete product code labels, and if possible, the size range shall also be included. The sub-packaging (such as bags) shall be marked with the shape and grade code of the particles. It is recommended that additional marks that can be traced back to a specific product cycle or batch number should be included in the packaging marks such as containers, barrels or boxes. 8. Information to be provided by manufacturers and suppliers When necessary, the manufacturer or supplier shall provide a test report, which shall list in detail the stations where the relevant properties were measured according to the methods specified in Table 3. 3 3—2008/1s011124-3:1993 GE/T 18838.3- osf0ost0o0eo -2008/1S0 11124-3:1993 GB/T18838.3- GB/T18838.3-2008/IS011124-3:1993Table 3 Expression density Missing figure (see 3.5) Drive particle shadow b) Sand grains b) Sand grains Total amount of defects a) ) No particles b) Sand particles Other materials (including words See Table 1 and Table 2 Performance requirements of high carbon cast steel shots and sand abrasives 90% The hardness of the measured particles should be within the following specified range: Standard grade Shots: 390HV~530HV Sand: 390HV-530HV 470 HV-610 HV 570 HV -710 HV 2700 HV Special hardness (shot and sand): Other hardness ranges can be determined by the ordering party, but at least 90% of the particle hardness difference range is about 140HV. Abrasives sometimes contain some hidden internal shrinkage defects or cavities under the surface of the polished sample, which will cause some uneven hardness indentations and give an erroneous hardness reading. When testing, these readings should be discarded >7.0×10 kg/m(7.0 kg/dm) The number of defects in the tested particles shall not exceed the following provisions: The number of non-spherical particles shall not exceed 3% In sand with a hardness not exceeding 700 HV, the number of pellets or particles that are more than spherical shall not exceed 10%. In sand with a hardness greater than 700 HV, the number of pellets or particles that are more than hemispherical shall not exceed 5% ≤10% ≤10% ≤20% ≤40% For inspection with more than one of the above defects, only the number of defects with a mass fraction not exceeding 1% shall be counted in the total defects Test method GB/T 19816.2-2005 (1t/ 19916. 3- 2003 GB/T 19816. 4-2005 GB/T 1916.-2005 GB/T 19816.6 -2005 Metallurgy group Chemical composition Content Pack 3 (continued) 6R/T18838.3--2008/IS011124-3:1993 Test method High carbon gear steels and grit steels should have uniform martensite or tempered martensite. Tempered martensite is a microstructure, heat treated to a degree consistent with the hardness range, with fine and uniformly distributed carbides. Products formed by high temperature transformation, such as demagnetization of spheroidal carbides, network carbides and product boundary segregation are undesirable. The number of measured particles with this undesirable microstructure should not exceed 15% The mass fraction is 0.8%~2% The mass fraction of manganese is 0.35%~1.2% Silicon: the mass fraction is not less than 0.4% Low: the mass fraction is not less than 0.05% Accurate: the maximum mass fraction is not more than 0.05% The total amount of storage should be high enough to make the cross-section hardness of all particles reach the SS The maximum mass fraction is not more than 0.2% It is important that high carbon steel and sand materials should be used in dry conditions and should be stored in indoor low temperature conditions to prevent the materials from solidifying, rusting, damaging, and becoming unsuitable for use.
