3.1 Type
The cement head is divided into two categories according to its connection thread: drill pipe cement head and casing cement head. The drill pipe cement head is connected with the delivery drill at the wellhead, and its connection thread is the oil drill pipe joint thread. SY 5571-—93
Casing cement heads are divided into double-plug casing cement heads and single-plug casing cement heads, which are directly connected with the casing column at the wellhead, and the connection thread is the oil casing thread.

5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 The weld is inspected by a hydraulic seal test, and the test pressure is the working pressure. Maintain the pressure for 5 minutes, and there must be no leakage or moisture on the weld. Next.2 The cementing head must be subjected to an internal pressure strength test with clean water, and the test pressure and requirements must comply with the provisions of Table 5. 5.3 Each cementing head must be quality inspected before leaving the factory. 6 Marking, packaging, pig storage
6.1 Make permanent marks on the cementing head without clamping and without affecting the strength. The marking content is as follows: a. Product model, b. Product number or production date, c. Manufacturer name and trademark.
6.2 Cementing water The mud head can be simply packed, and the threaded parts are coated with anti-rust grease and thread protectors. G,3 Each cement head should be accompanied by the following documents: product certificate, test record, instruction manual. 6.4 The cement head should be placed vertically. When it needs to be placed horizontally, the stop pin cannot touch the ground.
