This standard is based on the basic code of ZBJ42034-89 Silicon Grid Linear Displacement Sensor Technical Conditions. This standard is basically consistent with ZBJ42034-89, with the main differences being: appropriate adjustments have been made to the single and complex indicators; and the relevant regulations have been revised.
This standard replaces ZBJ42 034-89 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed and drafted by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal Cutting Machine Tools. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Machine Tool Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Lianting and Wang Guqiao. This standard was first issued in June 1989.

JBT9943-1999
4.1.1 The temperature range of the working environment is 0-45: When the working environment temperature is within 20℃+5, the relative humidity should not be greater than 90%. 4.12 The magnetic field shall not be in contact with weak magnetic fields (such as micro-sensing sockets). 4.2 Appearance and interaction
4.2,! The surface should be free of rust, scratches, plating shedding and other defects, various signs, the number should be correct and clear, 4.2.2 All parts should be firm and stable, and all special parts should be suitable for recording, and there should be no jamming and stagnation. 4.3 Magnetic length
The magnetic length of the magnetic scale should not be less than the provisions in Table 2. Table 2 Magnetic length of the magnetic scale
Accuracy
+14 (add at the end of the effective length) L-50 [add 25 at the end of the effective length of the scale] mm
Accuracy is divided into four levels: The error value of each level is calculated according to the formula in Table 3, and the accuracy is expressed by half of the integer value A with a "±" sign.
Table 3 Grade error
Note: The error refers to the single error between the highest point and the lowest point on the measurement system. The absolute error of the magnetic sensor is not greater than the provisions in Table 4. Error peak-to-peak value
