This standard specifies the design, manufacture, test and inspection rules of alkali-return buried scraper conveyor (hereinafter referred to as conveyor). This standard is applicable to conveyors with an installation angle not exceeding 30°, an alkali-return temperature not exceeding 250℃, and matched with external alkali-return steam heating furnaces. 3 Design
3.1 The layout of each component of the conveyor should be reasonable and designed in a standardized and serialized manner. 3.2 Materials
3.2.1 The materials of the main parts of the conveyor should comply with the following regulations and should have a material inspection certificate. 3.2.1.1 The materials of the chain plate, pin shaft, sleeve and bolts connected to the scraper chain should comply with the requirements of GB3077, and the mechanical properties of the materials should not be lower than the requirements of the 40Cr grade.
3.2.1.2 The materials of rollers and head wheel shafts, tail wheel shafts and other parts shall meet the requirements of GB699, and their material mechanical properties shall not be lower than the requirements of grade 45.
3.2.1.3 The materials of head wheels, tail wheels, sprockets and other parts shall meet the requirements of GB11352, and their material mechanical properties shall not be lower than the requirements of grades ZG310~570.
3.2.2 Purchased parts shall meet the requirements of the corresponding standards and shall have product quality certificates. 3.3 In addition to being adaptable to the easy flying of materials and the unevenness of feeding, the conveyor should also be adapted to the following characteristics of the materials: moisture content not greater than 1%;
b. Bulk density 0.5~1.0t/m;
c. Particle size not greater than 2mm;
d. Temperature not greater than 250℃.
