This standard applies to the purchase, sale, allocation, storage, processing and export of commercial peanut oil. Technical requirements
Peanut oil must have the following characteristics:
1.1 Refractive index (20℃): 1.4695～1.4720.1.2 Specific gravity (20/4℃): 0.9110～0.9175.2 Quality standard

2.2 The national brand price of peanut oil is based on the second grade. 2.3 No other edible oil or non-edible oil shall be mixed in any grade of peanut oil. 2.4 Where there is no Lovibond colorimeter, the province shall formulate standard samples for comparative inspection. 2.5 Sanitary standards and animal and plant quarantine items shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations. 3

The sampling of peanut oil samples and the inspection of various indicators shall be carried out in accordance with GB5490~5539-85 "Inspection of Grain, Oil and Vegetable Oils".
