This standard is a revision of JB/T8851-1999 "Disc Vacuum Filter 3". Compared with JD/T8851-1999, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: 1. Added technical requirements for GPY series disc vacuum filter. 2. Supplemented the content of the closed-type inspection.
This standard replaces JB/T88511999 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed and regulated by the China Mining Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit is CITIC Heavy Machinery Company. The main contributors to this standard are Liu Qin, Bi Fujie, Jiang Jian, Chen Xinfang, and Huang Jialin. This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instruction manuals, packaging, transportation and storage of disc vacuum filters.
This standard applies to disc vacuum filters (hereinafter referred to as filters), which are mainly used in coal preparation, mineral processing and petrochemical departments to dehydrate or solidify various elastic materials with a particle size of less than or equal to 0.5mm. 2

4.1 The filter should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Where this standard does not specify, the general technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards and industry standards. 4.3 The working conditions shall meet the following requirements:

5 Test method

6.1 Each filter must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. When leaving the factory, it should be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product.

7 Marking, labeling and instruction manual
7.1 The filter shall have a product label in a conspicuous place. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306, and the following contents shall be marked:
a) Name of manufacturer;
) Product name and model;
c) Product ex-factory date and serial number;
Main technical data.
7.2 The filter shall have a product instruction manual, and its content shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9969.1.
7.3 The packaging label of the filter shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 6398 and GB 191. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage || tt || 8.1 The filter can be divided into naked and closed packaging. 8.1 The main unit of the filter is naked, and the exposed parts are coated with anti-rust oil. The exposed pipe joints and motors are wrapped with wall cloth. 8.3 The motor, reducer, etc. of the filter are packed with anti-rust packaging. 8.4 The random technical documents shall include:
